The location is very good, the apartment is big enough for big Family or group of friends

When we arrived the apartment wasn’t clean, we have to call them to send someone to clean and the WiFi wasn’t working at all

Ruim appartement op toplocatie, wel wat punten ter verbetering

Ruim appartement op toplocatie in Vieux Lille. Comfortabele bedden.

Badkamer is erg klein t.o.v. de rest van het appartement. Internet werkte niet en er zijn wat aandachtspunten t.a.v het onderhoud (o.a. losse kranen, ontbreken van voldoende koffiebekers). Wel gemeld maar niet opgelost tijdens ons verblijf.

Expérience plus que convenable dans un très bel appart et très beau quartier

L'appartement est magnifique spacieux hauteur sous plafond ascenseur qui vient directement dans l'appartement on est seul à l'étage très bien chauffé belle déco

Je trouve qu'il manquait des rangements étagères par exemple dans les chambres je pense qu'au niveau de la vaisselle il faut laisser plus de pastilles surtout si on reste une semaine pour le lave-vaisselle et ensuite il faut changer systématiquement entre chaque client les éponges pour récurer c'est une question d'hygiène je pense qu'il faudrait aussi refaire la peinture un coup de blanc serait appréciable pour ce si bel appartement car il y avait des tâches sur les murs

Bel appartement mais mal entretenu

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement, idéal pour découvrir la ville.

Cependant, nous avons été très déçus par l’état général du logement : il était sale à notre arrivée et manifestement pas entretenu. Cela a fortement impacté la qualité de notre séjour. Ce manque de propreté n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre pour ce type d’hébergement
