Great option some little details to adjust

Nice views and very spacious. Beds are firm. Instructions are on point. Overall pretty good

Bed cushions should be upgraded. They are too big and not ergonomic at all. I think central heating temperature is pretty high which can be annoying at night even though you turn off the radiator the air stays hot and dry. Property could provide a code for the door to allow multiple entries without having to go down and use the key

Perfect voor gezinnen!

Wij hebben hier overnacht als tussenstop naar onze eindbestemming Disneyland. Dit lag perfect op de route, dichtbij de snelweg, mooie locatie met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Ruime en hygiënische woning met goede bedden. Incheck instructies en contact was prima geregeld!

Hôte correct mais remboursement partiel anormal

À notre arrivée la boîte à clefs était vide, la conciergerie qui gère le logement a été difficilement joignable, finalement à 23h30 j’ai réussi à les contacter, impossibilité pour eux de nous apporter les clefs, heureusement nous avons pu être relogées dans le secteur. Il était convenu qu’au vu des péripéties la première nuitée me serait remboursée et en réalité Booking ne m’a remboursée que 115 euros sur les 145 euros réellement payés. Je pense que l’hôte a bien remboursé sa part mais Booking s’est bien gardé de me rembourser les frais qui leur reviennent, ce qui est totalement anormal.

L appartement est vraiment lumineux , spacieux et bien décoré .

Le bruit des voisins, les personnes du dessus étaient vraiment bruyant ( tard le soir et très tôt le matin ) . Le manque de matériel pour la cuisine .

Sans doute moins cher et plus confortable ailleurs

Appartement spacieux et baigné de lumière. Équipements corrects et conformes à la description Les lits sont fermes et confortables (mais pas les coussins) Ascenseur (4e étage)

Les rideaux ne permettent pas d'obtenir une obscurité correcte le matin (au mois d'août, ça fait tôt le réveil) Le canapé du salon sont en fait 3 chauffeuses accolées et inconfortables. La salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire d'origine (années 60 ?) dont la vitre de protection fuit bien comme y faut. La propreté dans la cuisine laissait à désirer (sol gras et mal nettoyé) Il restait des miettes sur la table du salon. Les coussins des lits sont trop épais et inconfortables La boîte où remettre les clefs est trop petite pour accueillir toutes les clefs. (20 minutes à pester au moment du départ) L'hôte est en fait une "conciergerie" qui la plupart du temps ne peut pas faire grand chose pour vous. L'appartement est situé au milieu de rien, pas de commerces, pas de vie de quartier. La société de location a doublé ses prix pour les JO (750€ pour 2 nuit en banlieue de Lille, au secours !) L'appartement n'est pas mal en soi, mai l'ensemble de ces détails, ajoutés au fait qu'il est situé dans une résidence familiale manifestement hostile aux locations type "Airbnb" et qu'il a été tout juste repeint et aménagé au plus simple sans aucune réflexion sur le sens du mot "accueil" fait qu'on a pas envie d'y rester trop longtemps.

Un peu juste en ustensile cuisine mais nous avons principalement pris nos repas à l extérieur. Cela ne nous a donc pas trop gêné. Baignoire un peu étroite et usagée.
