Lovely apartment close to the city centre!

Lovely little apartment. Has everything you require for a few nights. The location is excellent, close to the centre, and across the street from a fantastic bakery that we highly recommend. It was a quiet building. Sunday morning, we woke up to the church bells, which was dreamy.

There was a lack of toilet paper, and the sheets could have been better cleaned. However, the hosts took note of my suggestions and appreciated the feedback.

We had tough times studying in Lille. Sadly, the accommodation made it even tougher ☹️

The staff was available and helping The kitchen had a variety of equipment

The key-collection process was not in the same building, yet it was not far The corridor was smelly The apartment is smaller than the pictures represent For Oct/Nov, the apartment was so cold and the radiators did not have any valves to heat up, so my partner caught a cold There were not enough towels The whole bathroom area is so cramped, and the shower cabin does not have a door, so the surrounding area of the basin gets wet after taking a shower The boiler needs almost two hours to refill, so after each usage, the next one has to wait two hours to have enough hot water. This is what I never saw in other apartments There was no noise insulation, whenever our neighbor was opening the door, it seemed that they were opening the door of our apartment There was a dirty spot on the bed blanket duvet cover No TV channels were available

A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location.

The property was nice and central, within easy walk of the main square, and if I wanted to save my feet, there were buses and a metro station nearby. There's a convenient supermarket a couple of doors down where I could buy food for when I wanted to eat in the apartment rather than go out. The kitchen was well equipped, with fridge, microvave, hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine, and the apartment as a whole was comfortable and quiet.

The only thing I would have liked that wasn't there (or that I didn't find) were written instructions for how to use the microwave and hob (and if I had needed it, the washing machine).

Terrible mattress, management does not respond

Location was good.

The mattress had a huge pit, the sides were much higher than the middle. I had to hold on to the side of the mattress so as not to roll over to the middle and couldn't sleep because of the pain in my hip and knee, because it was not possible to lie horizontally and relaxed. When we took off the bedding we saw how old and dirty it was. It was full of stains. We have been in contact with the concierges via the Booking.com app and via whatsapp, but no solution could be offered. Other defects: - The mixer tap of the shower did not work properly, causing much too hot water to come out of the shower knob for minutes. - we only got 2 towels and 1 tea towel. - the handle of the tilt and turn window in the bedroom was broken, so the window could not open there. - we found a white sock from someone else in the bedroom - there was a large yellowish stain in the duvet cover After 2 nights without sleep, we booked another hotel at our own expense for the remaining 2 nights. We announced that we would leave the flat that day and hand in the key and did this the same day. 2 days later we received a message that was drafted as if we were still in the flat. We have contacted several times for a refund but have not received any response.

The location in the old town, and the apartment was great value for money, it was well equipped and there was very good communication with the concierge

Photos are totally misleading..

The apartment was needing an update. Bathroom wall was moulded. 2 towels only for a 2 night stay. Floor sticky in the toilet. Shower was not clean and smelt. Too many codes to enter the building.

Bien pour dépanner

Emplacement idéal. Lumineux.

Appartement à quelques mètres d’une église ! Le son des cloches est très fort ! Il faut aussi supporter le bruit des clients de l’appartement d’en face. Difficile de cuisiner car la plaque est très petite et ne fonctionne pas avec les poêles, et le micro-ondes prend toute la place. Il n’y a rien pour faire sécher la vaisselle. Par ailleurs la salle de bain est minuscule et inondée à chaque douche. Pas de volets et les rideaux sont peu occultants. Le canapé est peu confortable et la télé rame énormément. Enfin, comme souvent : aucun miroir en pied pour se voir de la tête au pied !

Appt. bien aménagé et bien situé à 2 pas du centre et de la grand'place. Près de tous les sites à visiter. Parking souterrain au pied de l'immeuble. Accès facile, même si la clé ne se trouve pas au même endroit. Mais ça reste simple pour aller la chercher.

Une seule prise dans la cuisine, ça fait un peu juste.

Situation en centre-ville appréciable

L’appât grand besoin d’une bonne rénovation, salle de bain avec plafond plein de moisissures, mur abîmé,lit petit et matelas à changer ( creusé)tapis sales,canapé pas net , 2 chaises dont une branlante,plantes en plastique… poussiéreuse merci pour l’allergie ! Seulement 2 serviettes de bains pas hyper grandes , fines et aucune autre ( pour 2 personnes et normalement 2 nuits ) Bref nous avons passé une nuit et avons fuit vers un hôtel pour pouvoir faire au moins une bonne nuit ! Bref rien à voir avec l’annonce
