L’emplacement plutôt simple pour rejoindre le centre, les équipements, le confort du lit et le calme
La communication avec l’hôte qui n’a pas répondu à mes messages et dommage il manque des choses selon moi importante , pour améliorer le séjour ( sel , poivre , huile, saupalin )

Le logement été sympas ! Le spa est un réel atout Le livre d’acceuik est au top
J’ai trouver ca dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un minimum de chauffage à notre arrivée…. L’eau ne fonctionnait pas (problème résolu plutôt vite ) C’est simplement du commerce malgré une soi disante proximité pour les clients . demande de pouvoir déposer c’est bagages avant l’heure prévu …. Refus sans motif.. pas de place au arrangement l’annonce est strictement l’annonce ….. hormis ça Lille est une superbe ville Strict minimum niveau ’ustensiles dans la cuisine pas de sel pas de poivre il faut tout prévoir
