Very central 2 bed apartment. Take note of some issues, particularly with steep and narrow stairs.

The location was very good. Collecting and dropping off the keys was easy. The host was contactable via Whatsapp. Despite being central and close to bars, it was quiet.

The stairs are very steep up to the flat, and then up to the bedrooms. It is fine for me but should be noted. There was a water noise that kept going throughout the night. It was loud enough to be disturbing. I told the hosts the first night but was not able to be fixed for our second night. Quality issues - the plug in one sink wouldn't go up; the plug in other sink was missing (so had to be very careful in case anything dropped); the handle/lock in the toilet was just some stick wrapped in cotton bud.

We did not enjoy our stay in this apartment. It may work better for a younger clientele

The location was amazing and the apartment was very clean

Our party of 4 were aged 64-80. We were not advised about the staircase situation. Upon arrival there are 2 very steep staircases to climb to the apartment. Once you are inside there is another staircase which takes you to the only W/C and then additional stairs to the main floor. Then there is another steep staircase up to the bed. The step outside the toilet is only a half step and quite dangerous We did not feel comfortable being put in this situation. We were not even able to bring our suitcases upstairs

It was clean and comfortable

This would not have passed health and safety regs in the UK. 2 sets of steep stairs to get to apt 3 with a door at the top that opens outwards! Then another set of narrow winding stairs with no banister to the apartment kitchen and lounge. Another set of steep stairs to the attic bedrooms with the banister only going half way up. The good sized bedrooms both had low beam hazard. The only toilet- without a sink - was halfway up the winding staircase. Both bedrooms had a shower and sink - a visit to the toilet would mean going down the steep attic stairs then down the narrow winding stairs to the toilet where there was no sink to wash your hands! This apartment is a bad accident waiting to happen . Older and young children should avoid. Location is great but ……..!! Also no instructions on how to operate the tv fire stick or the oven.

Other than the stairs it was fine.

The size of the rooms was good.

Three bathrooms was a shower in each bedroom and a wash basin, but only one toilet tewnty stairs down from the bedrooms. The access to the apartment was up rwo flights of steep stairs then another flight as soon as you opened the front door followed by s staggered flight of stairs tp get to the living area;s then another steep, flight of stairs to the bedrooms, great for mountain goats but not suitable for the elderly.

Prima locatie met een parkeergarageom de hoek tegen betaalbare prijs.

Locatie, woonkamer en keuken + lekkere bedden en schoon

De steile trappen naar boven en de schuine wanden bij beide slaapkamers. Vooral voor oude mensen die slecht ter been zijn moet erbij staan dat het 3 steile trappen zijn en geen lift aanwezig.

Emplacement, confort de la literie

Le bruit infernal de la VMC accompagné d'un bruit de fuite d'eau toute la nuit à un taux élevé de décibel, De plus le locataire du premier étage a fait le bazar toute la nuit j'ai dû appeler la police pour expulser, une nuit blanche !!!!

..excellent emplacement mais c'est tout...

L' appartement est très bien situé et proche de la gare, du métro et des principales activités et attractions de la ville.

l'annonce est non conforme à la réalité (pas de lave linge - pas de 3ème salle de bain). Aucune instruction pour l'utilisation du matériel (tv- four). A l'arrivée le ménage n'était pas terminé nous n'avons pas pu joindre "la conciergerie" et avons du passer un appel à booking qui a résolu l'affaire. Il est à noter que cet appartement est dangereux et non conforme pour les raisons suivantes : trois longs escaliers raides pour accéder à l'appartement + 1 pour accéder aux chambres (escalier de meunier), pas de main courante pour tous les escaliers, le wc est situé à mi chemin du 3ème escalier et donc à un étage et demi plus bas que les chambres. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement condamne la sortie de l'appartement n°2 ?. Si vous avez des enfants de moins de 10 ans ou des personnes ayant un handicap je ne conseille pas la réservation de ce logement. Nous avons eu froid (fenêtre simple vitrage).

Très sympa mais attention à l’accès difficile

Les pièces spacieuses, toutes très agréables. Grande cuisine, salon cosy, chambres joliment décorées en sous pente.

Pour accéder à l’appartement il y a un escalier très impressionnant et très pentu. Une fois dans l’appartement, il y a un autre escalier qui dessert les deux chambres, lui aussi très raide. Les WC sont presque à l’extérieur car il faut encore reprendre un escalier. Bref, à déconseiller pour les insomniaques, les jeunes enfants et les personnes âgées.

Niet vermeld in het beschrijving van het appartement was dat er 3 smalle hoge trappen waren alvorens bij het appartement te komen. Niet geschikt dus voor oudere mensen, mensen met jonge kinderen en zeker niet met dieren.!!!! Belangrijk om dit te vermelde bij het beschrijving
