Lovely christmas mini break

The location and size if the property were fantastic. It was also very clean and tye beds comfy. We had a great stay for our 2 nights, found parking in a nearby car park no problem too. The heating worked well, and the showers had great water pressure. The location was absolutely perfect.

Slightly tight to get around tye bed into the bathroom. But honestly, its not a big deal. This is a nice place to stay.

Location Washing machine ( door handle broken so tricky to open but we managed)

Not very clean 3 night stay given one dish washer tab! No hand soap at all Smelly hallway at entrance - apartment not smelly Hot water issues - we got some in the end Bed too soft. It was not a place to feel super comfortable in, so overall we were dissappointed

I wouldn’t stay again

There was very little things which were liked.

Very difficult to find and get in, though good location. Apartment was clean but way too less towels and there is no WiFi available at the property, we have been told they can’t help us with this. Washing machine handle was broken too so we were unable to wash our clothes, shower tap was broken too. Also keep in mind there was very little warm water, after my kids got out of shower there was no hot water left for us. We were really disappointed 😢

Cousins in Lille

Great location, easy walking distance from the train station, citadel, old town, restaurants, cafes etc. The apartment was a good size for two couples and the kitchen was well serviced with cooking equipment.

There was an odd smell in the hallway, but thankfully not in the apartment. The one real annoyance was that the wifi was awful, no one in our group could access it. We did report this to the owner, but no action/response. Although it was a great apartment it would not be suitable if you needed to work and were relying on internet access.

Brilliant location right in the very centre of town - everywhere walkable

Superb location within a short walk of Lille Europe. Host sent door and key lock codes in advance so it was very easy to get in. Two bathrooms was great. Coffee machine and coffee pods left for us.

Alojamento excelente. Muito bem localizado, da para chegar a todo o lado a pé. Comercio a toda a volta. A ligação com o anfitrião foi fácil, tive umas pequenas duvidas no inicio e, após uma mensagem, ficou tudo esclarecido. Recomendo e, se voltar a Lille, considero ficar no mesmo alojamento.

Havia pequenas limpezas que poderiam estar feitas, mas nada de especial.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tous les commerces, des 2 gares et du centre ville. Très bien agencé et propre. Seul bémol les moustiques !!!! ( Oui oui fin octobre plein de moustiques ) Apportez vos produits et fermez les fenêtres !!! Le canapé est pas mal fatigué Communication avec l'agence qui gère l'appartement au top

Appartement spacieux bien situé proche de la gare et du Vieux Lille. Très bonne communication avec Louis qui s'est montré accommodant. Calme.

La mauvaise odeur dans le hall d'immeuble. Le matelas du canapé du salon inconfortable. Quelques dosettes de café supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenues...

Nous n’avions pas passé trop de temps dans l’appartement

La situation L’appartement est très bien situé en plein cœur du centre de Lille. Les espaces sont bien pour 4 personnes

L’appartement n’est pas propre. Toutes les fenêtres de l’appartement donne sur une cour qui a un compacteur pour les magasins de la galerie commerçante à côté( un peu bruyant et vue - -…) De fortes odeurs d’égout dans l’entrée/ascenseur et couloir. L’évier de la cuisine est bouché et le placard sous l’évier est remplit de choses et d’autres ( torchon sale…) La matelas du canapé est en fin de vie. Il serait bon de préciser de s’équiper de prise anti moustiques

Locatie was echt top! Je loopt over gemakkelijk heen. Verhouding prijs-kwaliteit was goed. Het was goedkoop zelfs. In de basis was alles aanwezig.

Het was wat ‘zuinig’. Koffie, handdoeken erg afgepast (lees te weinig). Wel een Wificode, maar geen wifi signaal. Geen horren, kamers ‘‘s nachts niet heel donker. De accomodatieverstrekker zou op verzoek iets meer hulp kunnen bieden in het geven van advies ten aanzien van parkeren (moest het zelf maar oplossen, wat uiteindelijk prima lukte in naastgelegen parkeergarage). Dit had accomodatieverstrekker ook gewoon even kunnen tippen!

Geen Wi-Fi. Er zou een monteur komen om die te repareren, maar niet gezien. Je kijkt uit op de binnenplaats van een bedrijfsgebouw. Dat betekent ook geluidsoverlast en ziet uit als stortplaats. Geen gebruiksaanwijzingen aanwezig van de apparatuur

Les lits sont assez mous et grincent beaucoup odeurs d'égout dans les parties communes Bruit des voisins la nuit

Appartement situé dans la rue commerçante avec tous les magasins à portée de main. Pas très loin de la gare routière. Il y a deux salles de bains.

-L’ appartements manque de luminosité. -Le matelas du canapé-lit était taché, pas très agréable à regarder quand on fait le lit. -Il n’y a pas assez d’eau chaude pour 6 personnes. -Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, le propriétaire ne nous a pas aidé. -Nuisance sonore à l’aube. -Odeur nauséabonde sur le palier et dans les escaliers.

Handig appartement op een ideale locatie

Het appartement was schoon en netjes, en de locatie was perfect. We zaten midden in de winkelstraat, dus alles was dichtbij. Zeer propere bewaakte en ondergrondse parking dichtbij, wel niet goedkoop. Deze kostte ongeveer 20 euro per dag als je op voorhand reserveert. Wel raar dat de parking die de eigenaar voorstelt duurder is (€25)

Het grootste nadeel was dat we op een binnenplaats uitkeken waar veel afval lag. Hopen afvalzakken en containers. Gelukkig gaf dit in de winter weinig geurhinder. In de trappenhal daarintegen hing een verschrikkelijke afvalgeur. Daar moet echt iets aan gedaan worden. Het appartement was ook een beetje aan de kleine kant voor onze groep van vijf volwassenen. 's Morgens was het warm water ook snel op als we met 5 douchten. We moesten er zelf achter komen hoe we de warmwaterboiler opnieuw konden opstarten.
