Great short family stay

Location was perfect, towels and linnen provided, very reactive host. Enough space for a family of 6, including small children. All amenities are nearby. Well isolated (temperature and sound), comfortable bed and sofa-beds.

Cutlery needs to be completed for 6 and a water kettle could be added to the kitchen appliances. Door locks (entry and appt) require special instructions.

The directions took us to the wrong end of the street and it took an hour to get a response about how to access the apartment. The telephone number supplied does not connect.

We slept and we went to the bathroom

No effort at all to clean everything. Lowest quality of everything. This owner is really taking a cash cow approach. Low quality bed, low quality furniture, low quality toilet, low quality bed linen, no real beds for the 3 and 4 th person, let alone for the 5 th and sixth. And just not clean. A mishmash of furniture. In short, way too expensive , disappointing, not clean and nothing appealing/nice at all.

J’ai louer avec mes 4 enfants et vraiment je ne savais pas où les faire dormir tellement c’était sale , l’établissement était très sale au niveau de la poussière , des draps du lit rien n’était propre une honte vraiment ne louer pas cette appartement à fuir !!!

L’état de l’établissement était insalubre et dangereux. Les fenêtres étaient cassées, le ménage n’était pas fait et les canapés étaient arrachés. Le logement n’était clairement pas habitable : nous avons été contraintes de choisir un autre logement à la dernière minute. Cet établissement devrait être retiré de booking

Nul, cher, à fuire; Booking.com, contrôlé sinon vous servez à quoi ?

Que dire, sinon que je n’ai rien aimé dans ce logement. Annoncé pour six personnes ! Heureusement nous n’étions que trois… confort limite, propreté limite, le prix astronomique ! 450 € la nuit, je pense que je n’ai jamais rien vu et connu d’aussi cher !!! Voir ci dessous ce que je n’ai pas aimé…

Un pur scandale! L’appartement est au rez de chaussée; très mal isolé à tous les niveaux mais surtout au niveau phonique. Avec à moins de 20 mètres un établissement qui a diffusé de la musique très forte jusqu’à 5 heures du matin, vous pouvez imaginer la nuit que nous avons passé. J’étais avec mes deux enfants, 15 et 11 ans; la pire nuit qu’ils aient jamais eu à vivre. Je pense que le propriétaire était complètement en capacité de savoir ce qui allait se passer un soir de « Braderie » et que dans ce cas là on avertit les clients du risque, de la gêne qu’il va y avoir… avec cet avertissement, je n’aurais bien sûr jamais loué et encore moins à ce tarif prohibitif ! Je me demande si je ne serais pas en droit de réclamer en partie un remboursement. Un scandale par propriétaire qui connaissait très bien les conditions sonores du logement; un autre scandale de la part de Booking.com qui n’ait pas capable de juger du confort des produits proposés et des tarifs astronomiques que certains osent pratiquer !!!

C’est pas du tout décoré, c’est à la limite du « glauque ». Les draps n’avaient pas été lavés (ils sentaient super mauvais). Le canapé lit est très inconfortable.

Ce que j’ai aimé lors de mon séjour : • La propreté irréprochable de l’appartement dès l’arrivée. Tout était parfaitement entretenu. • Le confort général : lit douillet, canapé agréable, salle de bain moderne. • L’emplacement idéal, proche du centre, des restaurants, des commerces et des transports. • Le calme des lieux, parfait pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. • Les équipements complets : cuisine bien équipée, Wi-Fi rapide, climatisation, machine à laver.

Isolation sonore moyenne : On entendait les voisins ou la rue en soirée. Appartement impeccable, fidèle aux photos, très confortable et bien situé. Propre, lumineux, bien équipé, dans un quartier calme et central. Parfait pour un séjour touristique ou professionnel. Je recommande vivement !

Un appartement « dans son jus », avec du cachet (malheureusement pas bien mis en valeur (réparations sommaires, peintures badigeonnées, matériel défaillant ou vieillot.). L’emplacement est parfait pour qui aime sortir côté Solférino !!!! Très grand lit, grande baignoire, spacieux.

La chasse au trésor pour trouver les interrupteurs, les volets de la chambre (!) hors service, l’absence de serviette de toilette (!!!!!) non annoncée… Une sensation de gâchis pour le potentiel sous-exploité d’un très bon emplacement avec de très jolis atouts historiques. Pas de réponse quand j’ai alerté à mon arrivée sur la panne du volet de la chambre… ah et les 6 couchages ok mais faut aimer dormir en promiscuité alors.

Die Lage des Apartments war gut.

Die Anreise war etwas umständlich, da der Schlüssel zur Eingangstür hinterlegt wurde und man diesen erstmal finden musste. Im Hausflur angekommen, fehlte uns der Code für den Schlüsseltresor, da die Nachricht des Vermieters unvollständig war. Telefonische Nachfrage gestaltete sich schwierig, hat aber schlussendlich funktioniert. In der Wohnung angekommen, stellten wir fest, dass die Toilette undicht war, alles sehr schmutzig war, die Lichtschalter klebten, die Rollos funktionierten nicht. Wir haben uns dann dazu entschlossen, das Apartment wieder zu verlassen und ein Hotelzimmer zu buchen.

di solito non metto commenti negativi, qs volta lo faccio solo per spronare i proprietari a rinnovare qs appartamento...se fosse seriamente ristrutturato, sarebbe davvero bello, ha delle vetrate piombate gradevolissime, ci sarebbero delle boiseries più che apprezzabili, ma è tutto molto trascurato, fili appiccicati con il nastro adesivo, mobili piazzati a caso, il recupero chiavi molto sportivo..e poi il posto era adatto a 3 persone, non certo a 6, così com'è ora... peccato davvero...
