It was a good experience

It was really nice, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was really good, it had everything we needed to cook. I also like that there was an extra heater for us to use if we were feeling too cold

I didn’t like the stairs and the ceiling, because I had to bend all the time to pass and I feel like the bathroom was a little bit small. Aside from that it was good

Everything was Ok! Excellent location and apartment with quite all necessary facilities! Great value for money.

Nevertheless, I have some recommendations: It would be nice to have a towel hanger in the bathroom. Also, the double bed is quite narrow — it feels more like a large single bed. Lastly, I would prefer if the bed linens were made of clean, natural fabric, especially during the summer. I think , taking in account this recommendations will serve to improve your apartment's facilities quality.

Great apartment!

Great property, very well equipped and specious studio! Highly recommend and great value for money. Paid a €200 deposit before arrival which I was slightly nervous about, but I’ve already been refunded the deposit in full just a day after departure! The apartment I stayed in had huge windows and a small balcony, lovely!

My only criticism would be the noise from the apartment above was slightly annoying.

Easy Check-In. Ok for one night at this very low price.

I did not like the fact, that you have to pay a deposit on a third party site before arrival to get the entrance information. This was not mentionned in the listing at the moment I booked (several months ago). Also the appartment was on the last flor and the stairs are some kind of dangerous. You have to crawl upstais to get to the room as the sealing is super low. The kitchen was very clean from the outside, but no use of the utilities was possible without washing them first. Lip prints on glasses and dirty cuttlery. The bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied so there were hygienic products from another woman before me. You can imagine the smell with 35 degrees outside. No airconditioning so also very hot inside.

Fairly good Studio in the heart of Lille

We liked the location-just a stroll down the Zoo and the park, where my young son had a blast. Also, bus L5 took us from/to Eurostar train station. A good coffee machine in the studio.

We were given no face towels. On the very day of our arrival the door security code was refused to be given to me, unless I pay a holding deposit of €300. The link I was sent to settle the above was broken & after numerous attempts we agreed to pay it in cash upon arrival in Lille. Kelly met us there, but all the above caused us distress & I was on the brim to cancel the whole trip.

emplacement idéal

placard de l'entrée inutilisable (portes coincées) - clic-clac et non un vrai lit - pas de chauffage (heureusement un petit chauffage électrique d'appoint) - évacuation de la douche bouchée (ça ne semblait pas être récent) - la propreté laisse à désirer (sol, wc) - L'hôte, plutôt réactif, a cessé toute communication qd j'ai demandé un geste commercial : le remboursement du forfait ménage 30€ aurait été bienvenu.

Ça sent bon

Connaissez vous l’eau de javel? Il ya du moisi partout dans la douche et la salle de bain, et au coin des fenêtres également, et ça aurait été bien d’utiliser de la javel!!! L’eau chaude est difficile à avoir , il faut faire attention à ne pas se brûler… les serviettes de bain finissent par sentir le renfermé et sont remplis de cheveux d’anciens visiteurs. Les deux plaques de cuisson ne marchent pas en simultané , compliqué pour faire un peu à manger, et le lit c’est une cuve , même en retournant le matelas le problème persiste . Mal de dos garanti ! L’immeuble entier appartient au relais, les gens qui loues les logements ne sont pas contrôlés, et quelqu’un a essayé de forcer la porte de l’appartement le deuxième soir , j’ai eu tellement peur car il était minuit passé… je ne recommande pas ces logements , l’échange avec les gérants n’est que par message automatique… et c’est pas très professionnel. L’appartement se situe à 30 minutes à pied de la place de la république et 30 minutes à pied de la grande place du général de gaule , c’est quand même très loin si on a envie de visiter. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous , un peu de propreté aurait été le minimum !!!!!!!!!!!!

O apartamento fica em uma região de Lille frequentada por estudantes da Universidade Católica da cidade. Ou seja, há onde comer e beber por perto. E o acesso a ônibus e metrô é bem fácil. Por dentro, oferece conforto e aconchego. A cozinha é bem equipada. O banheiro é limpo. Dá para sentir-se em casa, em Lille!

Não vi pontos negativos. A escada para o andar onde está o apartamento é íngreme? Nada que atenção aos passos não resolva.

Le lit partiellement fait : il manquait le drap housse et au vu de la chaleur un drap plat en plus/à la place de la couette serait bienvenu. L'absence de TV le 2eme soir car nécessitait une mise à jour de l'appli... Le/les voisins du dessus bruyant/s tard le soir, un jour de semaine.
