It was not easy to collect the keys because Google sent me to the opposite side of the road. I have asked someone to help me find the street. This could be improved from the hostel.
When I arrived, the flat was freezing, and I left a message for them to bring an extra heater and a duvet to warm myself. Then a responsible person brings these two things and turns on the heating so I can warm myself every day. The weather was freezing outside.
The floor in the wardrobe was dirty, the toilet never worked correctly, it was difficult to manage the flush button, and the seat of the toilet was never well fixed, moving from one side to the other. This is very dangerous. The entrance to the flat is also dangerous, as it is next to the first step down with almost no space to stand up while you open the door. The host should advise on this when booking.
