Very unhappy Jan

Not a lot about this place. It was not the accommodation that was depicted when we booked. After talking to the agent about other issues we were having I showed her the advert, and after scrolling through a 100 pics of various rooms and apartments ours was down the very end. It certainly wasn't what we expected on arrival. 3 flights of spirals stairs to get to the top bedrooms, main bedroom had 3 mattresses piled on top of each other, the top one being smaller than the bottom 2. The converter in the bathroom didn't work, lucky for us hubby is handy and eventually got it to work. There was no power to the washing machine. The oven did not work and the place was neat but filthy.

The guy, that was doing a check-in picked me at the railway station with his car for free. Unfortunately without a invoice I had to pay whole stay by myself even I was on a business trip.

As I was there on a business trip, I have requested them an invoice during check-in and provided all required data. During check-out I was promised the invoice to be send via email as the documents are be done by external accounting company. They even gave me a contact to a lady and she was communicating with me. Unfortunately after few days and few promises "I will send it today/asap", she stopped responding even she is reading my WhatsApp messages. It is almost a month now and I still do not have the invoice. Regarding the apartment location - one bedroom is above a narrow street, where cars are riding on the cobbles and therefore a little bit noisy. The other bedroom is on the other side of the building and it was really quiet - unfortunately windows on that side were broken and therefore you couldn't open them. Not ideal situation I'm the hot summer.

Lage ist zentral, aber gegenüber ist eine Bar und es ist bis mindestens 01.30h sehr laut

Die Ausstattung ist schäbig. Die Bettwäsche war zerrissen, Handtücher fleckig und bei geschlossenem Fenster steht die Luft. Kaffeemaschine steht neben dem Mülleimer. Insgesamt war das Geschirr schmuddelig. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand nicht wie abgesprochen statt, was bei der Lage der Wohnung ungünstig war. Da man dort nicht parken darf, konnte das Gepäck auch nicht sofort ausgeladen werden. Telefonisch ist die Vermietung oft nicht zu erreichen.
