Every thing was clean and comfortable.

The windy steep steps could be a problem for anyone with disabilities or aged. They were fine for us.

Two Night Trip

Flexibility of host re check in and out; good location; clean and functional kitchen and lounge area; very close to many restaurants, bakery, and supermarkets. It is less than a 5 min walk to a couple of the main attractions (Hospice Comtesse/Birthplace of CDG). Picturesque part of town. 20 min walk to Lille Europe.

Property is advertised as two bathrooms, but to be clear - there is one bathroom (with a shower/bath but no toilet) and one room that has a toilet and sink. The internal and external stairs are very steep and are only suitable for small suitcases and non elderly people. There are four beds (3 singles and one double) across the two bedrooms noting that there is one single bed in the loft area of each bedroom. Rooms facing the main street are noisy, but back bedroom is quiet. Without any AC, the rooms are warm with the only ventilation being opening windows which the increases the noise issue. Sink tap and some of the furniture needs replacing.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND THE HOST (THEY HAVE SEVERAL IN NORTH OF FRANCE). COMMUNICATION WITH HOST WAS NONE. THEY OVERPROMISED AND UNDERDELIVERED. CERO TRANSPARENCY.
