It was complicated especially in night time. it is dark.

There is no secured parking space. Had a trouble with other resident after parking space i was told by the host. but he fixed it.

Fantastic, central but wonderfully quiet.

Everything. Check in and Check out was easy and uncomplicated. We were in contact with the owner per WhatsApp. His instructions are easy to follow. The Apartment is very central, close to the Metro and a Carrefour Express for daily requirements but still very quiet. We were 4 Adults and a 6 year old child. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit our son. We recommend this Apartment and it's owner 100%.

Walls thin, you hear neighbours above and next door (partying up to 4am....) No hot water when we arrived/first evening Sink very high if you are not tall Small double bed in parents bedroom (1.40m wide?)

Séjour très agréable : calme et spacieux, bien situé en ville en profitant d'un beau jardin.

Appartement très agréable, particulièrement spacieux, calme, et confortable. Toutes les pièces donnent sur le superbe jardin de la résidence, dont on peut profiter aussi en s'installant sur la petite terrasse aménagée de table et chaises. La décoration intérieure est plaisante, les chambres, le salon et la cuisine sont bien meublés et équipés. On est de plus tout près de Lille par le tram si on veut laisser sa voiture au parking, facilement accessible par l'ascenseur. Pour récupérer les clefs à l'arrivée, le contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire est très aimable, et ses instructions suffisamment détaillées . La gardienne sur place est également très aimable.

La grande machine à laver dans la petite salle de bains prend beaucoup de place , et le lavabo est difficilement accessible ( pour un enfant par exemple ). Le léger inconfort de la douche à cause de la salle de bains exigüe est à noter également. Ce point est donc moins satisfaisant que le reste, mais personnellement cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés.
