It was clean.
The kitchen and bathroom clean but rickety. The hallway before entering quite depressing, made us feel a bit claustrophobic. The sofabed didn’t come with the right bedding. Pillows where old and not suitable. They should buy new ones.

Lorsqu'on arrive l'immeuble ne donne pas envie cependant sa proximité avec le métro est un plus. Apparemment convenable pour un séjour de courte durée.
Le «  petit paradis de Lille » n'est pas spécialement adapté ! Car l'appartement a trop de travaux en suspens.. malgré une jolie déco et vu son « état »( rideau non occultant pour la nuit, prises et poignée des tiroirs cassés, griffes sur le sol ou placard, équipements de literie pas assez pour tout les lits). Beaucoup trop de choses détériorés non réparés.. Literie confortable juste dans la chambre, les canapés 1 place devraient être équipés de matelas et le canapé du salon devrait être considéré 1 place également car inconfortable pour deux. Pour conclure, le prix est excessif au vu des points abordés..
