Perfect for our sojourn in Lille

From the communication about parking when I made the reservation to his helpfulness when we needed it everything about our visit was excellent. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and Francois has nice touches throughout.

It would have been helpful to have a written guide to the various ways to get in and out. We had a bit of trouble finding the button for the main gate when we were leaving. Other than that everything was really perfect.

Nice apartment

Very cute and well located apartment and the terrace is a big bonus.

There was a foul smell from the bathroom, not sure it has anything do do with the apartment itself though. We visited during a heatwave and many areas of the city seemed to have problems with the sewage system. The terrace was great but it needs a bit tender love and care.

The owner and his friend did their very best to be helpful, friendly and polite. Lovely appartement with a nice terrasse to relax in. An easy walk into town, a plethora of places to eat and drink. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Parking was pricey at 20€/day. The owner and his friend were lovely but did not live near by so it did make things a little trickier at times. Don't be too alarmed by the prostitutes touting for business, in broad daylight, as you approach the Vieux Lille, thankfully they were confined! Quite shocking!

Notre séjour à Lille a été superbe, une semaine de belles découvertes, culturelles et gastronomiques

l'emplacement est idéal, au coeur du vieux Lille, la terrasse est superbe et il y a tout le confort dans l'appartement. Il est situé dans une rue calme et à proximité de commerces, marché, et restaurants (celui de la cour de la Ch'tite Brigitte par exemple...). Notre hôte nous a accueilli et à tout fait pour que notre arrivée se passe au mieux. Merci François.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage!

Exzellente Lage, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, netter Gastgeber, der immer schnell geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, ließ sich für die Nacht mit den Rollläden gut abdunkeln. Trotz Sommer war sie nie nicht zu heiß, wir mussten die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen.

Zusätzliche Bettlaken wären schön für Leute, die im Doppelbett nicht gerne eine Decke teilen. Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine müssten einmal entkalkt werden.
