The location is great - we know old Lille well and were very happy with where the apartment was. We liked the layout of being on one floor as worked for us as family with two very young children. The communication with the concierge is quick and good. The amenities were what we required.
The plug on the bath didn’t work, the telly didn’t work, there were no dishwasher tablets, the sofa has stains under the throw. The outside terrace is not a very pleasant place to hang out - needs some new furniture and a tidy. I think that having a €190 deposit is excessive when the property itself has faults.
