Good, but would be great with a couple of simple pieces of maintenance work.

Great location

Shower riser was broken and the shower drain was blocked, meaning we couldn’t have a shower for two days. Coffee machine also wouldn’t work.

During our stay, we encountered several issues that should be clarified in the property description. First, the bathroom and shower are located inside the bedroom closet, which was not mentioned on the listing. While this arrangement is manageable for two guests, it becomes inconvenient if a third person uses the sofa bed, as they must go through the bedroom to access the facilities. Second, the shower became clogged on the first day, causing the bathtub to block and risk overflowing. Although maintenance addressed it, the problem recurred, and the helpline response suggested we remove hair after showering to avoid further issues, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Finally, the towels provided were very old and worn, and I would recommend bringing your own for comfort. Overall, we had to make the stay work despite the maintenance issues, unclear listing details, and outdated amenities, and the location being central should not be an excuse to neglect the quality and upkeep the house.

Location excellent. Apartment spotless, comfortable and spacious.

Two small things: there was only one towel each (two needed for hair washing);and only one dish cloth. Guests should be warned that stairwell narrow and no banister.

De plek, midden in het Centrum gelegen. Netjes, schoon en voor een stedentrip van een paar dagen een prima verblijf.

Geweldige locatie, prima voor verblijf met vrienden!

De locatie was perfect. Je stapt uit midden in het centrum van Lille. Er is een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank, beide zijn prima. Er was veel keukengerei, alleen niet genoeg bestek. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was heel goed, zeker een aanrader!

Het had fijn geweest als er wat meer bestek zou zijn. Er is een raam in de slaapkamer dat opent naar een gezamenlijke ruimte van het gebouw wat een beetje oncomfortabel is.

Fijn appartement op een toplocatie!

Appartement op een perfecte locatie! Ophalen van de sleutels uit een kastje ging erg gemakkelijk, maar wat mij betreft wel onpersoonlijk. Appartement schoon. Lekker bed, en ook de slaapbank in de woonkamer lag prima.

Bij aankomst kregen we een mail dat we de douche in verband met een lekkage maar maximaal 10 minuten konden gebruiken. Erg kort voor drie personen. Tevens zouden er handdoeken aanwezig zijn. Dat bleek 1 handdoek per persoon te zijn, voor het gehele verblijf van vier dagen.

Posizione centrale ma doccia inutilizzabile.

Posizione centrale.

Pulizia scarsa. Arrivati nell’appartamento si sentiva un odore acre di fumo di sigaretta probabilmente dei precedenti ospiti. La doccia quasi inutilizzabile perché ha lo scarico intasato. C’è un cartello che raccomanda di fare la doccia per massimo 10 minuti per il problema riconosciuto ma nella realtà dei fatti dopo neppure 2 minuti l’acqua non scende giù dallo scarico e ristagna nel piatto doccia. Ho provato ad usare la lavatrice disponibile nel bagno ma quando scaricava l’acqua risaliva dallo scarico della doccia allagandola. Per il resto ampia zona giorno comoda anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata. Camera da letto piccolissima. Il secondo letto era nel divano letto ma non era stato preparato e comunque risultava abbastanza scomodo.

un superbe emplacement mais chambre et salle de douche de mauvaise qualité

Excellent emplacement en plein centre. Taille de l'appartement plutot bien mais mal réparti (chambre minuscule). Les équipements de base sont bien présents et le wifi fonctionne. Indications pour récupérer les clés sont claires.

Literie de qualité moyenne, matelas très mou. Pièce principale grande mais ce n'était pas ce qui m'intéressait. Chambre minuscule avec salle de bain attenante incluant les toilettes. La ventilation ne pouvant pas être déclenché manuellement, ce n'est pas idéal. L'évier de la salle de bain n'a pas de mousseur ni d'embout et donc l'eau sort en jet aléatoire assez puissant qui rend le robinet très peu pratique, La douche est assez petite est a un soucis d'évacuation qui est connu puisqu'une affiche vous prévient de ne pas prendre une douche trop longue au risque de débordements ... La pomme de douche ne peut pas être positionnée en hauteur car le système de fixation est cassé. Au final l'essentiel d'un air bnb pour moi (douche et chambre) sont très en deça de ce que j'espérais.

Évacuation de la douche, pb connu, il faut le solutionner ! Quelques cuillères en plus et des tasses à café plus petites serait sympa. Appart propre, mais les rideaux mériteraient une lessive

L'emplacement était fabuleux.

Le salon donne sur la rue et quand on y dort c'est très bruyant. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas correctement et ne sont pas isolantes. Il serait important de préciser que pour accéder à l'appartement il y a un escalier très raide et étroit qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Il serait bien de mettre une grande et une petite serviette pour les occupants.

Localisation en plein centre du vieux Lille très agréable dans un immeuble ancien plein de cachet.

L'appartement donne sur une rue passante et bruyante. Problème d'écoulement au niveau du lavabo et de la douche. Manque de vaisselle . Seulement 3 fourchettes et 4 couteaux pour une location de 4 personnes.
