Overall a lovely stay, great for work as our office is five minutes away. Will stay again.

From the very first communication and all through my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The room I had was very clean indeed, nice and warm on arrival. The bed was very comfortable Which had a great night sleep and noticed how quite it was too. The En-suit bathroom was very clean. I was surprised to see a small ironing board and the a nice touch with the biscuits and chocolates with teas and coffees. I had no trouble using the entrance keyless system. There are a couple of pubs near by across the road, but I ventured to the nearest Chip Shop for tea, had Fish Chips and mushy peas and took it back to my room which was lovely. Overall a great stay for work, as I was able to work from there.

As soon as I walked in the room, it was lovely and clean, warm and inviting straight away. I noticed the small touches such as the toilet roll had been made into a flower. Chocolates, biscuits and water available as well as the teas and coffees. The chairs were comfortable and the bed was nice and soft with fresh clean covers etc.....

Quality rooms at a good price

We needed somewhere to stay that was close to the property we are renovating, and it was ideal . The room was very clean and modern deco . The modern bathroom was lovely, and shower pressure was good . The owner was very informative on where best to eat etc . Would definitely recommend staying in these rooms .

This property is very warm and welcoming, the host provides great details about entering the property and is very helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is a great asset.

Unfortunately we didn’t have an ironing board, however this wasn’t a big issue and certainly didn’t have any negative impact on our stay.

Ok for one night but definitely wouldn’t describe as “LUXURY” at all.

The decor was very nice, ease of access.

The fountain shower wasn’t particularly good, being that was a main feature it was disappointing. It wasn’t a waterfall but more a light trickle. Quite a dull room with no views at all. Black stain on one of the pillows. The worst thing about the room was that the walls were paper thin. I had to listen to people in the next room coughing and their tv. So felt like I was having to be extra quiet. Toilet seat was loose and kept slipping off. Overall not great.

Clean and comfortable. We were just passing through the night on our way to Lake District. It was good value for money for our needs.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived and the radiator was a bit finicky but it was sorted and it seemed like it was a one off.
