As I stayed for two nights, the location was ideal for me as I was near our office and the Whitehaven DWP. I have stayed in the same room previously and was happy that I had that room. With having the WIFI, I was able to work from the room in comfort. Again the chippy was close by, but will visit the local pubs across the road next time I stay. I also liked how you can access the Kings Arms with a digital key pad, not just on the front door but also to access the room. The codes are emailed on the day and I had regular emails from the team.
It would have been nice to have a small desk, but I understand why there isn't one already. I did forget to pick up my Lenovo Ear Buds which I am hoping someone has picked them up, but this isn't a dislike.

From the very first communication and all through my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The room I had was very clean indeed, nice and warm on arrival. The bed was very comfortable Which had a great night sleep and noticed how quite it was too. The En-suit bathroom was very clean.
I was surprised to see a small ironing board and the a nice touch with the biscuits and chocolates with teas and coffees.
I had no trouble using the entrance keyless system.
There are a couple of pubs near by across the road, but I ventured to the nearest Chip Shop for tea, had Fish Chips and mushy peas and took it back to my room which was lovely.
Overall a great stay for work, as I was able to work from there.
As soon as I walked in the room, it was lovely and clean, warm and inviting straight away. I noticed the small touches such as the toilet roll had been made into a flower. Chocolates, biscuits and water available as well as the teas and coffees.
The chairs were comfortable and the bed was nice and soft with fresh clean covers etc.....
