Welcoming

The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful.The parking was safe and secure The walk into town and the port was lovely and Dinan was beautiful.

We really didn't realise that it was also a home for the elderly which did give a slightly different feel to our stay I did feel uncomfortable a couple of times passing rooms with doors propped open and felt I was intruding on people's privacy.

Nice good size apartment

This spacious and well-decorated flat offers a wonderful stay. We particularly loved the kitchen's design and its well-equipped. The bathroom is equally spacious and clean; we especially appreciated the unique shape of the sink. The living room's view of the beautiful living plant wall was very delightful. Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to the friendly staff. A lovely walk/bike trail is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area – we brought our bikes and enjoyed a short ride to the charming old town of Dinan. However, it's worth noting that there are no grocery shops nearby, which might be an inconvenience for those without access to a vehicle.

Decent stay for one night

Spacious condominium, with fully equipped kitchen. Electric charging station for car, many parking spaces.

1) we were “welcomed” by unflashed turd in a toilet. It is not just unsanitary but just disrespectful. 2) no one really speaks english, or even make ab effort to understand you. We tried to use translator but no internet before you connect to wifi in your room. 3) you should consider that this is seniors facility, so it has an inherent odour. 4) relatively far away from town centre.

Lack of clarity on what was available. Instructions for the heating etc. We only found the switch for the shutters on the day we were leaving. There seemed to be lots of information for potential residents but very little for short term holiday makers.

L’appartement 2 chambres était parfait. La piscine et le sauna dans la résidence sont vraiment un plus, très agréable pour se délasser.

Nous n’avons pas réussi à monter le volume de la télévision qui était vraiment très bas.

TRES CALME

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, la résidence est très calme, un peu éloigné du centre ville l'appartement est très fonctionnelle, il y a ce qu'il faut au niveau vaisselle, grille pain et cafetière, bouilloire, le sèche cheveux est à réclamer à l'accueil Il y a un TV aussi dans la chambre, et dans le salon parking sécurisé Il y a une petite piscine, avec des jets massant et un sauna

la chaleur de l'eau de la piscine, un peu fraiche pour des personnes âgées

L’appartement est spacieux et propre, exactement ce que nous attendions. L’établissement est très calme. La piscine et les vestiaires sont également très propres, et l’eau est à une température agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Como en casa

Nuestra estancia fue agradable ya que el apartamento era muy amplio, con 2 habitaciones, baños y aseo. Todo estaba extremadamente limpio. Camas y muebles cómodos, con sitio de sobra para poner tus cosas. Está perfectamente equipado. El aparcamiento es cerrado y prácticamente en la puerta. Descanso asegurado porque por la noche la zona es muy tranquila.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Nos hubiese gustado estar más días ;)

דירה גדולה ונוחה מאד עם חדר שינה, סלון מרווח, מקלחת גדולה ומטבחון מצויד. חניה חינם. מיקום מצוין במרחק הליכה למרכז העיר. מוצעת ארוחת בוקר במקום אך העדפנו לגשת למאפייה שנמצאת במרחק 100 מטר ולקנות מצרכים בכדי להכין לבד.

Heerlijk rustig, vriendelijke mensen, ruim en schoon appartement, zwembad, klein terras bij het appartement. Verder is er een prima bakker om de hoek en gratis parkeerplaats achter de slagboom.

Centrum van Dinan is ongunstig gelegen, Afstand ver en via steile weg bereikbaar. Lopend is te pittig en gewoon te ver weg.

Super séjour de 2 nuits pour un week-end juste exceptionnel 😃 la piscine et le spa juste parfait et au calme. La propreté et le confort ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel sont au rendez-vous.

Gewoonweg top!

Op wandelafstand van het historische centrum van Dinan. Rustig gelegen met privé parkeergelegenheid. Recent gebouw, netjes en alles aanwezig voor een kortverblijf. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, een extra bedankje aan Laurence van de receptie en pluim voor de poetsvrouw.

Als er één nadeel zou zijn laat het dan het terras zijn die vrij klein is. Maar het is in mijn ogen toch geen locatie om buiten te zitten gezien het geen standaard hotel met zwembad is. Wij hadden hier dus totaal geen last van!

Rustige plek vlakbij het oude centrum van Dinan.

Ruim appartement, superschoon. Veel parkeergelegenheid, lekker balkon, rustige locatie, goed bed en fijne douche.

Eigenlijk niks, maar het blijft een gek idee dat je echt in een bejaardenhuis zit. En je moet wel met de auto naar het centrum, ligt net iets te ver om te lopen. Maar in juni was dat nog goed te doen kwa parkeren.

Bel appartamento un po’ lontano dal centro

Casa molto bella, tutto nuovissimo. Non era chiaro si trattasse di una struttura per anziani, ma questo non ha influito assolutamente sul nostro soggiorno

La posizione non è comoda per visitare il centro, è necessario utilizzare sempre l’auto. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con le formiche (trattandosi di un piano terra) ed avendolo segnalato in un giorno festivo abbiamo dovuto attendere un giorno per avere supporto al riguardo. Altro svantaggio quasi tutto il personale all’accoglienza non parla inglese.
