Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very tasty. The concierge could not have been more friendly and helpful!
Room could have been a bit bigger - but we did opt for the cheaper, standard room, so shouldn't complain

The location was fantastic, as was the breakfast. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I was able to leave a bag at the hotel (free) whilst I spent five or six hours looking around Dinan. Amazing!
Nothing.

Location ideal. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Nice garden.
Not much. Bedrooms need refurbishment but we understand this is planned. Parking is payable - on street or in public car park opposite (except Thursdays when market is held).

The member of staff (a dark haired man, I didn’t get his name) along with the kitchen team laid out breakfast an hour early to make sure we could eat before we left. It was an exceptional breakfast and so was the customer service. Beautiful location on the city wall. Just superb

Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly staff. Amazing drinks menu and lovely garden.
I understand it must be cost prohibitive to keep the bar / hotel open late evening but it’s such a shame as it really is a little gem!

Lovely downstairs area and bar and beautiful garden

Fantastic location, v close to the medieval centre and had lots of parking just outside. The garden was exceptional as it was on top of the city walls with a great view. We had a huge room with a double bed and 2 singles, and had two bathrooms!

The location of the hotel is very good, the staff were friendly and the facilities were good. The room was excellent apart from the fact that it was at the front of the hotel and noisy.
I stayed at this hotel many times in the past 25years and had no hesitation in booking it again this time. I was disappointed as the renovations have made it a bit clinical, and the beautiful garden was sadly neglected. We also found car parking a nightmare now and the receptionist didn't know the answers when we arrived as the parking signs in the car park were missing. The weather was very hot and we were disappointed that we were not allowed the use of the cool lounge and garden after 9pm

The location was perfect, central to everything, including the Information office, the castle, the town for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The garden is composed of many sitting areas that stretched out to an overlook of the castle and is a part of the original city walls. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. A variety of trees, plants, and flowers - the perfect place to relax with a beverage.
Make sure you choose the garden rooms because the front rooms hear the traffic, which isn’t awful (it is a small city) but when we were able to move to the back, it was so peaceful, especially hearing birds vs. traffic. The WiFi wasn’t great, but overall, we would highly recommend staying here.

Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Nice room, great staff, lots of space.
It was too noisy to sleep with windows open so the room was a bit stuffy. Pillow was not comfortable but the bed was good.

Did not have breakfast due to early start
Maybe breakfast from 7.30 rather than 8.00am

We stayed one night in a large family room and it was very comfortable and clean. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the garden and it was very quiet. Woken to the sounds of seagulls and roosters. Could have been in the middle of the countryside rather than the centre of town. Excellent location. Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful town. Well worth a visit.
Had to leave early to catch a ferry from St Malo so missed breakfast in the garden, which was a shame. Garden looks delightful.

Large quiet rooms and lovely indoor spaces. The garden in the back ends at the city wall! Also, we had a great breakfast here. Parking across the street or at a free parking lot down the road.

We loved the location of the hotel and Dinan itself is gorgeous. Also loved the garden with spectacular view of the castle. Dinan is a wonderful city and wish we could have had longer.

A bit dusty. Rooms could do with a facelift.
No Aircon in rooms.
A bit expensive for what it offers.

The manager went out of his way to secure parking for us. It made all the difference.
