Hotel was on the outskirts of the town centre, only a short walk in. Comfy hotel, staff friendly.

Staff friendly and helpful. The manager spoke very good English, as we only have limited French. The room very large, nicely decorated. It was good to have a separate toilet away from the shower room. The hotel had a comfortable modern decor through out, including the breakfast room. An old building with a modern feel. As we had an early departure, we were allowed to have a couple of cakes for the morning.

We thought parking was included in the price when parking in the hotel garage, it is only free if parking in the street outside, this wasn't clear when we were making the reservation. Needed to ask for milk and tea for the room as it wasn't replenished.

A bit different

It was nice and quiet, the room was lovely and large and the bed was very comfortable. The host was lovely and friendly.

Don't arrive before the check in time of 4pm as you cannot enter and wait. I didnt realise this amd had to walk back into town to find a cafe to wait in. The hotel doesnt do evening meals only breakfast. The doors also close at 8.30pm so make sure you take your keys to get back in.

Comfortable 2 night stay in Dinan.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Brit Hotel Spa Le Connetable. Due to unavailability of a twin room, we upgraded to a suite. The room was of a good standard, comfortable and quite spacious. Thankfully it was very quiet, particularly at night.

Great place for a Dinan visit.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us a good recommendation for an excellent restaurant within walking distance and information on visiting the old town. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and I loved the make your own fresh orange juice machine.

Very pleasant first few days in Brittany. Wonderful family running the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well furnished and attractive. Breakfast was delicious.

We got in late on our first night because of delayed flight. The street light near the hotel was out so it was very hard to see the entrance to the hotel.

The spa was excellent! Staff made sure everything was ready for us when we wanted to use it. The robe and sandals provided by the hotel were a nice touch too. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable!

Very nice place to stay and relax in Dinan

I really appreciated the warm welcome from the owners at the arrival and also the fact that the owners could speak English very well. It was the only hotel offering a 500 mL water bottle in the room, the room design was original and modern, the cleanliness flawless and there is a very charming garden surrounding the hotel. The guidance book in the room is very helpful and we'll written, full of tips and information.

Dinan city center and port are quite far. Only one bottle of water for 2p room. Parking in Dinan: you never know what you will pay.

Exceptional

The owners were very kind and especially helpful, as I had to find a place to take a COVID test for my return to the U.S. The bed might have been one of the most comfortable I've ever had! Parking was super easy - just outside of the hotel, and the location made it very easy to do day trips. Walking to the old town was 20-25 but easy to get to. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. The spa is also open (with many good COVID regulations) so taking a sauna and jacuzzi was an extra treat! All in all, highly recommend.

Room could have done with a little revitalizing. Stained carpet for example. Borrowed light window in bathroom reduced privacy and practicality. Spa facilities poor.

Exceptional

Very nice roomy place with comfortable bed and staff were very informative and friendly! They even had umbrella for us since it was raining hard. They also took in our luggage when we arrived early and brought the luggage to the room. The common spa/jacuzzi was an added amenity that allows you to relax your legs from all day walking around. It’s only 10min walk to the Dinan town center and I’m glad we chose slightly outside the town bec the traffic in the city was horrible and we had free parking around the hotel.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Dinan

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Großes Zimmer mit Sitzecke und Wasserkocher. Komfortables Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kein Restaurant, aber bis 19 UhrMöglichkeit, an der Rezeption Getränkezu bekommen. Circa 15 Minuten Fussweg bis in die Altstadt, die uns sehr gefallen hat. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, aber auch geräumige Tiefgarage für 10 Euro am Tag.
