    Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright, room was clean. Hotel was a perfect base for us to catch the regular shuttle to access Mont St Michel

    It's really complicated for me to rate this hotel... good part: - comfortable bed - hot and strong water - clean bathroom - tap water is really good - free luggage room even if you check out - perfect location for le passeur (free shuttle bus) - staff are kind(most of the time) and their english are good however, the room i stayed got a horrible floor cleaning. the carpet were all sand and cannot be removed, and they do not provide any slippers. i think the worst part is that, when i stated this issue, they just don't give a damn, and one of a lady also told me :" so what do you want us to do?" seriously, my working experience is less than you for almost 15 years, and i know exactly that this is not how your react to your customer ^^ i paid 117 euros per night to get a dirty floor room, do you think it's fair? The receptionist kept saying that they are 2-star hotel and refuse to do any reimbersement and compensation, they ended up using a vaccum and prove me that those stains cannot be removed. I have to say that it was very disrepectful experience for me and it ruined my mood deeply. But apart from that, everything is nice. I think mine expeience this time was really bad that i wont consider hotel vert next time, and i wont recommend to anyone else as well. But if you're running out of option, this is still bookable.

    Great location in visiting mont saint michel. The free shuttle is just outside the hotel if you wish to take it and the viewpoints and the abbey itself is walkable from the hotel. You can go anytime of the day so we were able to go without lots of tourists at the end of the day or early in the day. Comfortable room and staff were friendly.

    Based on online photos and reviews we booked the hotel vert but it was not that pleasant, the TV was small, no cooking arrangements if needed, not even a drinking water facility instead when asked the staff he said to buy it from a shop outside and the chek-in time is 5pm and check-out at 11 am, really? What is the sense out of it. This means we are only paying to sleep and not stay. Whereas in Paris atleast we had check in at 3pm. Hence, in my opinion this is not worth the money.
