Comfortable and lovely stay in Dinan.

It was a beautiful and comfortable room with a lovely jacuzzi tub. The host was wonderful and the property was lovely.

Everything was wonderful. No complaints. Two things to be aware of: if you have limited mobility, or if you travel with large luggage, there are not elevators. (We only travel with backpacks so we were fine). There is not a stand up shower in the room. There is a handheld shower attachment in the tub which was a little awkward for me but we only stayed two nights so it was fine.

Comfortable and peaceful stay in Dinan

Extremely helpful host who made us feel very welcome and made great recommendations. The room was quiet and comfortable, we slept really well. Lovely view across the rooftops and only a short walk into town. A delicious breakfast too!

The slatted bathroom door didn't give as much privacy as we would have liked!

A lovely house and secluded garden. Béatrice was the perfect hostess - kind, helpful and friendly.

Large well appointed room with a good size bathroom area. Spa bath. Lovely breakfast. We could park just outside in the quiet road.

Highly recommended as THE place to stay in Dinan!

Even before we arrived Beatrice helped me to choose a restaurant for my partner’s birthday - La Cosy- which was so good we went for both nights of our stay. Beatrice’s help with storing our cheese purchase in her fridge and her friendly knowledge and advice about the area continued to prove how accommodating she was on our arrival. The house, as well as Beatrice was absolutely charming and comfortable.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel.staff were excellent and very friendly. Rooms were a good size, bathroom was nice. Bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay. Close enough to the city center to walk, far enough away to be quiet.

Wonderful place to stay - highly recommended

After a very warm welcome we were shown to a tremendous room by the lovely host who was obviously (and rightly) proud of her fantastic house It is only a 5 minute walk into the lovely town of Dinan No off-road parking but we were offered to park our motorcycle in the rear secure garden - most welcome! The bedroom was perfect - very nicely finished with quality furnishings Great bathroom too Breakfast was exceptional and all fresh Host recommended local restaurant which we used and was superb, other guests used the following night and agreed with us (The Cosy) We were given great advice on where to visit en route to our next stop (we were on a touring holiday) which was great to use

Calm location near the train station. Property has a pretty garden that you can use. The owner is nice and very helpful.

This place is a find. We loved it. You won't be dissappointed.

This place was a real find. We had never been to Dinan before and booked only an overnight there during our three week trip to France. We liked La Villa Côté Cour and the hosts, Didier and Claudie, so much that we wish we had stayed there three nights instead of one. The room was large, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was huge by European standards. The hosts, Didier and Claudie, could not have been more accommodating. They speak little English but I am learning French and they showed great patience as I practiced my French with them. If you don't speak any French, you won't have a problem here. They know enough to get you set up. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. We parked on the street about 50 meters down from their place. If the street parking is full, you can find a spot close by and move your car in the evening when the crowds diminish. We arrived around noon and found a spot without issue. The breakfast was typical French but Didier, at my request, made some eggs to go with our croissants and fruit. I highly recommend this spot for a couples retreat.

The ONLY thing I can think of, and this is very common in France so it's not really even a negative, is that they had only one very small garbage can in the bathroom.

Historical part of Dinan was a favorite city on our 18-day holiday, with quick access from Inn.

Innkeeper's service was great -- they provided breakfast in room and other amenities. Large, private patio/garden adjacent to our room was also a plus.

Lighting was sub-par. Also, it was a bit awkward having toilet and shower/sink on different sides of the room.

Lovely place near the centre of Dinan.

We arrived at the the hotel on bikes as we were doing a cycle tour of Brittany. The Guy at reception was very friendly and helped us the park the four bikes securely in the garden. Hotel is very nice and only a short walk to the centre of Dinan. What a lovely place.

Nice overnight stay with friendly hosts

The sheets on the bed felt brand new and nice. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. We had bought a bottle of wine and some food to snack on in the garden. It was very nice and much appreciated to be given nice wine glasses, napkins and plates to use. We were able to get free parking right infront of the Viila. The proximity to walk into the historic centre was excellent; only a short walk away.

Small thing but new white towels would have been nice. I did not like carpet on the floor but I could see that in the pictures when I booked. It was warmer than usual on the night we were there and no fan was available. The room only had one window so there was not enough air flow to cool the room sufficiently over night. The historic centre seemed very commercialized and made for tourists.

Very comfortable, spacious and stylish room in beautiful old house. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed. Owner was very friendly and made reservations for dinner. Really enjoyed our stay. Lockable shed for our bikes was really useful.
