A very warm welcome, comfortable room, quiet as requested. Good enclosed free parking. Overlooks the river and very near good, reasonably priced restaurants. It's a steep walk uphill, but short walk to Dinan, Centre.

Great location, comfortable room and bathroom, friendly welcome.

No secure internal bicycle parking.

Good position for exploring Dinan quay and enjoying the river Rance.

Hotel carpark is difficult to access. The Sat nav info is incorrect if you approach from the Dinan side of the river- the connecting bridge is one way. Sat Nat works if approached from the D795 in Lanvalley.

Location and staff

Advertising that the room has air conditioning when it clearly was not available in any hotel bedrooms was utterly misselling. So, we were expected to sleep with the window open and be woken by noises coming from the port, ie. Small motorbikes and cars. Unacceptable to be in this situation. I book hotels purely based on air conditioning being available and this was a huge downside to our visit. The manageress was very nice and said all the right things but still no aircon. A free beer was offered and accepted but I was very disappointed at having to give in and open the window at 2am because the room was so stuffy and hot. I doubt that we will risk a return visit
