The property is clean and modern.
Unfortunately the house sits in front of vacant land and the alarm can only be used while out.

Das Apartment liegt in einer relativ neuen Anlage am Ortsrand.
Das Haus ist alarmgesichert und mit einem Sicherheitsdienst verbunden.
(Konnte einen Fehlalarm der Nachbarn live miterleben).
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und in einem guten Zustand.
Es gibt einen Aussenkamin der auch zum Grillen genutzt werden kann.
Der gesamte Ort ist sehr ruhig.
Leider war bei uns die Waschmaschine defekt.
Ich hatte geplant hier noch etwas vor unserer Weiterreise zu waschen.
In der Umgebung und am Strand liegt viel Plastikmüll herum.

The place inside was reasonably clean and looks pleasant
it was raining and outside entrance had lots of dirt in the corner; the place was really stuffy; had to open the front door for a bit of air; no place to hang our wet towels; unfortunately the gate was damaged, but the owner knows.
