Frustrating

The area, we felt safe while inside. Thanks to Paternoster Rentals for the water bottles etc...

The local boys and men coming very close to the accomodation, because a gate was not permanently locked!! Tourists who did not live in the complex walking around outside the apartment. Even in December it was bitterly cold at night and no way to warm the rooms, or extra blankets! The umbrella kept falling over because the base was far too flimsy and the support pole was not strong enough to stay upright for a day. We could not sit outside for long periods without cover and that was frustrating, because we were there to relax and not to hold an umbrella up!

It wasn’t easy to find but once found, great garage for parking.

We didn't stay in the end. Had to leave as soon as we saw the property.

The rental agents were quick to act when we said we could not stay in the property. It was very small. It didn't look clean and it smelt musty.

The photos on Booking.com did not show how small the property was and the location was weird - you had to go past an industrial site and park in a disused warehouse.

Our stay was outstanding. The accomodation is superb. The service exceptional and the people very friendly and attentive.

The hot water in the shower comes and goes. The couch is not very comfortable.

Absolute gem of a place.

Blue Moon was absolutely incredible. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 small kids and we loved this space. The location to the Rock pools was so welcomed and our boys loved exploring the dunes right by our patio. There so much love and thought that went into decorating and furnishing this place. The kitchen was beautifully stocked, with all the small extras making it such a wonderful experience to cook in the space. Whoever purchased the cultery and crockery is an expert. Garlic mincers and good quality knives, lovely crockery and glasses👌🏼 The bathrooms were clean and the towels were gorgeous. The added extras were great-cotton wool rounds, ear buds etc. We felt safe and loved this location. Blue Moon had everything we needed, and more!

It was a little difficult to find the spot initially amd figuring out where to park but the hosts were great in giving directions and available when we called.

Very happy overall.

The owner Sanet went out of her way to get our DSTV sorted so we can watch the rugby on Saturday night. All the appliances and cooking utensils are of high quality. The owner left nothing to spare to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We can honestly recommend this place and will definitely return soon.

Nothing to complain about. The property agent can maybe introduce you to the amenities when handing over the keys, she only unlocked the door for us and left.

Would like to return

The views in the morning were beautiful. Privacy was ideal for a couple who want to BBQ in the evening. We met the owner who went out of her way to bring us sun loungers to relax. Lite weight quilt was a real bonus in the heat.

It would have been nice to have a refresh of the apartment after 3 days included

Bliss!

What a lovely find! Location couldn't be more perfect... took a dip in the ocean every day and just walked to the Waterfront. Ideal with secure parking, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen, inverter that works the TV, wifi and a light, views over the main beach and the ocean... also dog friendly!
