It was ok. Talking about outstanding money surely did put a damper on my stay.

Asanda was amazing. She knew that I am familiar with the place.

That I missed the fact that I had to pay a deposit. This was on me and I take accountability for that. I didn't like that fact that I was contacted after checking in for a R2000 breakage deposit. I feel this could have been communicated to me before arriving in Paternoster as I didn't budget for this amount but had to make a plan. This ofcourse was my responsibility to read through the website however the amount stipulated on the site is less that the asking amount from the office. Because I wasn't prepared to pay this amount, I had to cut off from activities planned. It was also disappointing that I could not negotiate this via mobile but had to physically go to the office and sort it out. As a regular visitor it left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Paternoster is a delightful fishing village and the cottage was exactly what we had hoped for.

Great location and Albatros cottage was clean and met and exceeded all our expectations. The dishwasher was a great touch, and the indoor fireplace was terrific!

People walk off the beach to try and sell seashell hearts and fresh seafood. They definitely watch you because we were told by the one youngster that he recognized us from Die Kom. We didn't like that at all.

Secured and close to the beach .

Close to the beach well equipped. Real value for money .I enjoyed the 24 hour security patrolling.

Just a suggestion Please replace the drinking glasses with full sets . The odds and ends in the cupboards are a disappointment and not the standard of the rest of the property . Suggestion to have a Grocery cupboard .

Perfectly located - would return again

Perfect location. Across the road from the beach and wonderful to sit outside on the stoep and have early morning coffee and evening drinks. Enough catering equipment to accommodate all 6 of us. We enjoyed the inside braai / fireplace when it rained on our last night.

No space in the kitchen cupboards for food, so it had to be stacked up on the counters, meaning we were short of counter space when prepping food. No braai grid was provided, although luckily we had brought our own, just in case.

The location of the house was great as it was by the beach, with beautiful views of the sea and boats coming in and out. The house it self is equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Nothing not to like except, the place can upgrade with it's braai grid as it is half broken and makes it uncomfortable to braai like that.

We will not stay at this unit again due to the facts stated above

There are rock pigeons nesting in the chimney and constantly made a noise during the day, it disturbed us very much. The fridge has a switch on switch off mechanism that was loud and disturbing. There is constant traffic from locals through the complex, talking very loud and sometimes shouting to one another. The first night there was a party at a restaurant close by that played loud music until 1am. This was EXTREMELY DISTURBING .
