Asanda was amazing. She knew that I am familiar with the place.
That I missed the fact that I had to pay a deposit. This was on me and I take accountability for that.
I didn't like that fact that I was contacted after checking in for a R2000 breakage deposit. I feel this could have been communicated to me before arriving in Paternoster as I didn't budget for this amount but had to make a plan. This ofcourse was my responsibility to read through the website however the amount stipulated on the site is less that the asking amount from the office. Because I wasn't prepared to pay this amount, I had to cut off from activities planned. It was also disappointing that I could not negotiate this via mobile but had to physically go to the office and sort it out. As a regular visitor it left a bitter taste in my mouth.
