I love the place but there is lots of maintenance to be done.
The neighbours on both sides complaining about talking and laughing. When you attend the festival once a year why can't you have fun. The one house had a ladder up against the wall to look over into the yard.

Front door is full glass and many street vendors kept coming to the door to beg for food or money - no privacy, perhaps hang some blinds

I liked that it was open, from the moment we walked in, it was spacious. I liked that the area was quiet.
1. It's not very comfortable. The lounge area consists of hard couches. My mum ended up laying more in the bedroom than sitting with us.
2. Making use of the kitchen was a schlep due to the fact that the stove/oven top didn't work and we had to carry the pots and pans and ingredients to the other part of the kitchen to make use of the gas stove instead.
3. When getting the keys, the receptionist told us that there is an increased level of crime and break-ins happen frequently. I was not at ease when night time came because both cars were standing outside.
4. There's a garage but we couldn't make use of it because it's filled with tables and mattresses, amongst other things. We didn't want to move other people's stuff in case we break it and lose the deposit. Again, if there's a garage but cannot be used, what's the point?
5. During the day, there was no weird cracking sounds in the roof/ceiling. But as soon as we went to sleep, there were loud cracking noises coming from the ceiling/roof that kept me and a few other family members awake. We had to go out to buy wax/silicone to fill our ears to block out the noise. I could still hear the cracking. Currently, I'm exhausted because of lack of sleep.
