Very nice location.
Neat and clean. Comfortable beds
The bedroom with the ensuite bathroom has no window curtain. Please install a blind, or a curtain. It is a challenge to try to sleep with the street light shining directly into the room at night.
The ensuite bathroom of the same bedroom was a bit of a mess, with the shower drain being blocked.
We unblocked the shower drain ourselves , but the normal overflow of the water from the shower into the corner at the toilet's side, makes it quite dangerous to walk on the floor when wet. We used a rolled-up towel as barrier to prevent the water from flowing from the shower floor's side onto to the toilet floor's side. The other bathroom was fine.
The portable braai was broken.

The location! Truely a few metres from the beach. Beautifully decorated. Facilities were good - it is clear that the family spends time here, because they basically have everything needed for a family holiday (i.e outside shower, dishwasher, games, big table, etc) I would suggest bringing an extra towel or small carpet to wipe your feet/shoes - although the shower gets rid of the sand, your shoes pick up sand again when walking to the front door. They have a brush at the front door to wipe your feet (wonderful idea!). Thank you for entrusting us with your beautiful place.
The upstairs bedroom is an open loft - no door for privacy. Parking might be a problem if you have more than 1 car.

Decent crockery and cutlery (wine glasses a bit thick - but I understand that choice)
With a winter stay it would have been nice to have some wood available to make a fire - even if it was on a use and replace basis.
The dining room table could be checked for cleanliness between slats
