The location was the absolute best. Just across the road was perfect.
Just the fact that the one bedroom was separated from the rest of the house.

The location of this home is stunning - as it’s right on the beach & opposite Voorstrand Restaurant.
The furniture needs replacing & refurbishing - the couches in the living area are fraying at the edges & worn out.
The house itself is old cottage-style and desperately needs to be refurbished. Eg. the wooden doors and windows does not close properly & this made the bedrooms cold and “windy” even though everything was “closed up”.
Not pleasant for a winter get-away.
