Great location
No warm water (unfortunately no time for response since we realised it just prior to departure in the morning); Communication from host could improve.

The location of this home is stunning - as it’s right on the beach & opposite Voorstrand Restaurant.
The furniture needs replacing & refurbishing - the couches in the living area are fraying at the edges & worn out.
The house itself is old cottage-style and desperately needs to be refurbished. Eg. the wooden doors and windows does not close properly & this made the bedrooms cold and “windy” even though everything was “closed up”.
Not pleasant for a winter get-away.
