A nice breakaway from home.

Location was excellent. No breakfast was included.

Infested with cockroaches. Light in kitchen not working. Not enough bedding for 10 people.

Location is good, kitchen was well equipped, and the house is the perfect size.

Inside braai smoked into kitchen. Some of the bedding had a dumpy smell and house was not cleaned properly - spider webs etc. We would rather pay an additional fee and get a sparkling clean house. Please ensure that bedding is changed for each guest and that it smells clean and fresh. No warning that there are no additional blankets provided. Also did not like that main switch was off and we switched it on upon arrival. Would prefer geyser hot upon arrival as one wants to take a shower after a long drive. Only 2 and a half bathrooms and not three as indicated, as the upstairs bathroom only has a toilet and basin. The main bathroom shower also did not have a shower head.

Self catering. Location great. In the centre of everywhere.

No access to extra clean linen. No washing machine available as advertised. Had to make use of laundromat. Fortunately, close by.

My worst weekend away ever.

Good location close to shops and entertainment.

The property was poorly maintained, with litter and overgrown weeds and grass for a garden. The pictures talk for them self. There was no Towles nor was there a washing machine as advertised. There was no sink to do washing up after cooking, only a very small prep bowl which was impossible to wash up after cooking for 10 ppl. Yes there wa sa dishwasher but there was no tablets provided to make use of this. The coffee cups and bowls were still dirty. Many had coffee and food residue left in them. There was an overwhelming smell of cat urine in the one bedroom that made it virtually un livable. The outside dustbin still had left over food and garbage in, and was riddled with flies and maggots. All in all i would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like the smell of cat urine. Outside of the other bedroom window the geyser overflow literally ran constantly the entire night right by the window, making sleeping very difficult. We stayed one night and checked out early as it was just not going to be an enjoyable experience staying there. Total waste of money and an embarrassing experience for me, as i booked this as a weekend away to celebrate my daughter's birthday with our family.
