The cleanliness and space, such a beautiful property.

Extravagant large facility capable of hosting more guests than we were there. Enough room to park several vehicles. Several lounge rooms. Inside brie area ( smokes a bit). Alot of tile and stone finishes. A short walk to the beach. Comfortable furniture. Self catering facilities. Wifi was fixed promptly. Adequate hot water for showers.
Instead of radiant heating panel in the bedroom an air conditioner ( to heat the room) would have been preferable. The bed linen(s) was worn (holes). The stove top burners (controls) have issues ( don't seem to work properly). Security was a pain ( vehicle license, driver's license, pin number requirement) very difficult to achieve without a cell phone (SA). The garden could use some weeding ( I pulled a few).

I had a wonderful stay. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and inviting bathrooms made everything easy. I enjoyed the upstairs entertainment area, ample parking, clean yard, and the outdoor touches—the fire pit and refreshing outside shower. The property felt thoughtfully maintained and genuinely welcoming.

The property was extremely close to the beach. Because this property is on a security estate, it felt extra safe.
There were a few things that could have gone better. It was not adequately communicated that no towels would be provided for our stay. We needed to ask for our bedding to be changed halfway through our stay, as this was not a standard service provided. The house lacked some of the more 'soft touches' that you'd expect to see when hiring our a holiday house, such as complementary tea/coffee. (This is outside of the hosts control and he put effort into sorting it out) Each time we needed to leave and return, we needed a special security code that needed to be provided to us, which was a little painful.
