There was a nappy under the bed when my parents checked into the room, a swarm of bees right at outside and very far from the ocean Staff were not accommodating

The villa looked nothing like the pics on chosen room type. The hot tub charge per night could either be wavered for first night as check in is only at 4pm, you don’t have time to heat up tub, so you paying for something you don’t get to use. Upstairs villa was noisy the whole stay complained to reception - I’m still waiting for feedback. Second day villa upstairs left hose on in tube so all the water came flooding down onto us while in hot tub, to top it off they didn’t answer door so this went on for ever. 3rd day we had no water so no shower etc-this one not hotels fault but just rounded off the unpleasant experience

Overall outstanding experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Staff wete very friendly and the view from the villa was incredible!

We had previously stayed a few times at the hotel, which was fantastic, but the villas are now our new favourite. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the natural fynbos and the bay were absolutely unmatched, making for a truly breathtaking and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!
