I was able to be in contact with Lydia, the onsite host through whatsapp and notify her about our arrival time. She was available on arrival to meet us and show us to the holiday home booked. She provided us with everything we requested and checked in if everything was fine.
We had some hiccups the first evening of our stay, but when bringing it to Mari, Lydia and Shay's attention, they accommodated us by solving the issue to make our stay enjoyable.
