Everything was good in the property but the agents who manage it can never get anything right. Always double all the areas in the property and especially all glass for cracks and chips

Location was perfect!

Let’s start with how the complex is laid out_ not to my liking as we had assumed we booked a ground floor apartment as shown on pics but it was not your usual ground floors. So carrying in your luggage from the parking bay is a little complicated at first. If you are a lounger or have kids that are, the couches are NOT comfy. The parking bay - only 1 parking bay, your second vehicle must park outside behind the entrance & exit gate. The cutlery and bowels were poorly washed. The bathroom looked clean but was full of dust build up Counters not wiped properly with ants having a jol!! The constant messages of asking our check in times became an annoyance. We notified them via booking.com, email and WhatsApp. On booking.com we received notification that our check in time for 16:00-17-00 was approved. Also via WhatsApp they asked twice for our check in time when we arrived at 17:00 which was two hours before their closing time of 19:00. The upside was the clean bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, communal pool and the apartment location being close to the mall and Club Mykonos. This is the very first time I am disappointed in a holiday home. The amount paid because it was during peak season, is upsetting for what we were presented with.
