The house was comfortable to stay in. Easy to relax in.
The owner could've sent the lease agreement when booking was made in January. Then I could've read through it thoroughly and didn't have to rush through the contract.

Stunning property and location, 10 min from an amazing beach.
All was well and exceeded the expectations.
My daughter got bitten by a large mole snake -on the reserve adjacent to the property - perhaps an alert sign will be good to have.

Please note that I will never book at Perfect 10 again.
I use Bookings.Com a few times a year and everything has always been pleasant.
This property is not very comfortable to live in with a smelly toilet downstairs in the living area to blocked drains.
The owner Geoff let us live with 2 blocked basins for 2 days even though it was not us who blocked it.
He sent salts that we had to pour down the blocked drains ourselves.
The couches are so uncomfortable that we rather sat on the dining chairs.
We showered in cold water on the first day and when I asked he said that their was nothing wrong but neglected to advise us that the geyser was switched off.
He sent in the helpers at 8am on the day that we were needing to check out while we were enjoying our last holiday breakfast. That is invasion of privacy.
