Had a great overnight stay which was very comfortable. Will definitely be a return visitor when next in country!

Very pretty venue, but overall at that price rooms are way too small and service just below par.

The manager of the property tries really hard and is welcoming, it's really pretty and the swimming pool is really good. Braai kit is amazing

Rooms are very small, bathrooms are tiny, the 'Portable Aircon" in the rooms is just a fan, the bar service is closed or upon request - very odd.

I liked everything about the place. The outdoors were breath taking and a bonus was that our family room had 2 separate bathrooms.

The weather was rather chilly, unfortunately that was not something anyone could control. Next time we will surely choose a better time, and hopefully we will have better weather.

Did not follow our expectations.

breakfast :first day ok; second day only eggs and museling, never got sutch poor breakfast!!! Desing very nice only to small rooms and bathroom, no table or chair inside or outside in front of the room; wifi not working in our room; on sunday no service at all! you are all alone (B&B?), no personel and a closed bar; minibar empty and km away from everything.

There has to be a presence on weekends, you think to drink something arroud the swimingpool and the bar is closed; at least say it to your guests by entering!!! please put a place for folders of touristique places and restaurants.

I loved the whole lodge it was so nice

I booked for 8 people and ask them are you sure I booked for 8 and they said yes. And when we booked in I had to ask for a mattress for the eight person and had to payed a extra R350. I think that was a fault from there side

lack of guests and atmosphere in otherwise nice surroundings

Comfortable bed in smallish room, portable aircon unit upon request, well appointed outside areas, helpful staff.

We cut short our stay by 1 out of 4 days partly because there were no other guests. This, along with the fact that all the staff left at 5pm, lent no atmosphere to the place. The lodge has been built to offer a bar/restaurant but none of these facilities was open. Maybe it will be different in the future. They had a problem with the pool equipment so it could not be cleaned properly. And for Booking.com you have to remove ‘100m from the beach’ from the description. It’s about 2km and not walkable back from at night. You need a car if your going to stay here.
