It's central location and it's spacious.
There is some repair work that needs to be done. One bedroom had a broken switch so we couldn't switch on the light. We had to use a lamp. The main bedroom mattress made squirky noises. It was so uncomfortable sleeping on it as every move caused a noise.

The house was spacious and clean with sufficient privacy as rooms are well spaced. Beds were comfortable and the room design was good. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, useful if you have a long stay at the property
Although the house was basically a glass house, i.e 2 out of the 4 walls in the bedrooms and lounge area were made of glass doors, these were covered in roller "black out" blinds which made the house dark and claustrophobic. One could not open the roller blinds fully because the windows faced other property in the complex.
The property had no outside area for chilling
The ambient sound in the house especially at night was loud, with loud flushing cisterns and the wine fridges in every room which gave off a motel feel to the room and was disturbing with it's mechanical sounds and light
