We very much enjoyed our stay in this small but lovely apartment, right in the centre of Buxton.

Great location, very central. Clean and warm.

The bed settee was a bit uncomfortable, however, the double bed was very comfortable, so it would be ideal for a couple or a single person.

Theatre stay.

A very bright and airy flat. Very clean and well equipped. Posh bathroom. The owner gave detailed information about using heating and kitchen appliances, very useful for a short stay. All as described.

Great apartment but avoid Sylvan car park!

Very well situated and not far from amenities like restaurants, cafes and pubs.

It was known about before hand but it was a bit of a climb up all the stairs, especially late at night after being out. The next bit should in no way deter people from using the apartment as it wasn’t the fault of the host but in future I would be avoiding the Sylvan car park. Fully paid for the duration of the stay and once parked up the car was not used or seen again until Sunday morning. When I arrived there was clear damage to both rear doors and to the bumper on the offside where the panels had been kicked in, boot or shoe prints still visible. Arriving back to that on Sunday morning kind of ended the weekend on a bit of a downer. As said, it should not deter people from using the apartment, I would just advise against using the Sylvan car park.

Good location in the heart of Buxton.

It had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The host gave us great information about what to expect and how all the appliances work. Even warned us about the 3 flights of stairs!

The 55 steps to the room might be tricky for some - it’s a good workout!

Great apartment in Buxton.

The location is perfect for exploring Buxton, old and not so old. There are plenty of essential shops nearby, high street independents, quality eateries and street markets. Access to scenic local walks couldn't be easier, with a guide booklet from the Pump Room a short walk away. A car helped get further into the beautiful nearby Goyt Valley. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, light, very clean, and nicely furnished, with some decorative touches connecting it with Buxton and the Peaks. The whole apartment was extremely well equipped with good quality essentials. Patrick was a delight to communicate with via Booking.com, friendly, very helpful, and prompt to answer questions, all his information was spot on. Car parking and Rail station are all a very short walk from the apartment, much nearer than I thought, which was great.

My partner and I snore, so we used the Sofa bed. There was plenty of bedding, which isn't always provided in places we've stayed before, it would be more comfy with a topper.

Great apartment, brilliant location, would definitely visit again

The apartment was small but very clean and had everything you needed and more, the host Patrick was very informative and made finding the place very easy. The bed was very comfy and the central location was fantastic.

Not really a dislike as it didn't bother us but the apartment is on the top floor which gives you a great view of buxton but if you struggle with mobility then 3 flights of stairs would be tricky as there is no lift.

The very central location apartment was very clean throughout and Patrick was on hand for any information we needed,all ameinities on hand you would need for a stay would book again.

Being a top floor apartment some stairs to manage but wasn't a major problem.

The apartment was cosy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for local places to visit and eat. I especially appreciated the easy check-in process and the quiet atmosphere.

Comfortable and restful.

Lovely apartment in a good position for exploring the Dales. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Host is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stairs but luckily we had light bags. We could hear the neighbours moving about in the mornings, but it didn’t disturb us once we realised what it was. The same alarm is very sensitive so be careful not to burn the toast!

Walking up the stairs to get to the apartment may be a struggle for some people.

The appartment itself is beautiful and well-equiped

We stayed in the beautifully refurbished top floor flat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom brilliant. The kitchen was well equiped, with enough to prepare simple meals, with ingredients from the nearby supermarkets. The owner was very helpful - and gave detailed instructions on how to disarm the smoke alarm (sorry!).

The entrance way was being redecorated, and the area behind the flats doesn't inspire confidence. I suggest parking at Sylvan Car Park and approaching from Spring Gardens.
