Bed was not clean, towels were damp
The bed was not clean, there were stains on the blanket and hairs on the sheets. The towels were stored wet, so they were damp and had smell.

I did not like a single thing here. This is a total scam. The apartment looks nothing like on the photos, the owner is here to cheat booking.com users. Worst experience ever!
Let's start with the fact that this is a total scam. The keys do not work, there is no access to the apartment. The add says it is a single bed apartment with bathroom, well, that is obviously wrong, this is a dirty shared apartment. Stinks, and below every expectation. Lastly, the owner was so rude, aggressive and accused me instead of finding an amicable solution. I didn't stay there at longer than 5 minutes, and I booked another place because this was a horrible place to be. Total scam , highly recommend to stay way.

The property was spacious and comfortable. The owner was really helpful, he was able to sort out a situation and the situation was fixed very quickly. I am really thankful for this!
It would really help if on the description it was a little bit more clear that you are staying in an apartment and it has been split into two rooms where another guest is in one room and you are in another and you share a bathroom.
From the description I wasn’t quite aware of this.
The other guest wasn’t great and I felt slightly uncomfortable as a young women that I was sharing a flat with a male guest I didn’t know.
There are locks on the door and that made me feel safer, the owner is really lovely and helpful!
I just thinking making the description clearer so that people know that this is a flat shared with someone else would be really useful.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment located just a stone's throw from Luxembourg Central Station, which provided easy access to both the city and surrounding areas.
The apartment’s corner position offered abundant natural light and a refreshing atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and true to its description online.
The high-speed internet was reliable, facilitating both work and entertainment seamlessly, and the wide range of TV channels was a great way to relax after busy days.

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Luxembourg
My stay at the Elegant Room was fantastic, just a quick 3-minute walk from Luxembourg Train Station. Being in the center of it all made my trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. I easily walked to various shops, restaurants, and must-see places within minutes.
The room provided a perfect retreat - clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. I particularly enjoyed the coffee machine for my morning caffeine fix, the small fridge for snacks, a reliable internet connection for staying connected, and a TV loaded with plenty of IPTV channels for entertainment. The bathroom was also immaculate, which I always appreciate.
The hospitality was top-notch. The staff was friendly and always on hand to assist with anything, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
This place masterfully combines location, comfort, and exceptional service. The thoughtful amenities and the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay were impressive.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Room to anyone planning a visit to Luxembourg. It offers everything you could need and is perfectly located for exploring the city. Your experience here is sure to be memorable!

Temperatur beim Check in um 13.00 warme 12 Grad am 28.12. Heizung hochgedreht und schaffte es bis zum nächsten Morgen immerhin auf sagenhafte 16 Grad. Bett Katastrophe.

La ubicacion bien! Però teniendo en cuenta que el transporte público es gratuito no es importante .
Publicidad engañosa ya que parece que tengas baño privado.Falta de comodidad, una sola silla, una luz central, ninguna mesita de noche para luz y dejar objetos personales.Habitación fría, hay un termostato, pero sin utilidad, ya que no hay ni radiador ni rejilla de entrada de calefacción.No funciona.

O quarto é individual, bastante limpo, com cama confortável, tendo lençol/cobertor e toalhas disponíveis. O banheiro estava sempre limpo e é dividido com mais um quarto. O prédio é residencial, com elevador e tem uma localização bem ok, com fácil locomoção (a pé ou de transporte), além de mercadinhos e restaurantes próximos.
Achei caro pois viajei sozinho. Acredito que para um casal seria ideal, já que tem estrutura para isto e o valor seria praticamente o mesmo.

Moest ontbijt zelf allemaal regelen , moest alles delen samen met ander stel.
De locatie was niet goed aangegeven en het stikte van de junkies en zwervers, je voelde je eigen niet erg op je gemak.
Dat het appartement met nog een andere koppel moest delen, en dat ik alleen maar een slaapkamertje had om in te verblijven, met alleen een tv en koelkastje, bed en een klein koffiezet apparaatje verder had ik niks op de kamer en als ik wat nodig had dat ik op de deur moest kloppen als ik gebruik wilde maken van de keuken.

Lekker dicht bij trein station en stad
Het rook niet fris, zeker niet in de badkamer. Wasmachine was echt vies, droger had veel van dat pluis in het filter.
Helaas was mij niet bekend dat ik de badkamer moest delen. Anders had ik een hotel genomen.
Ook de avond club aan de overkant en de laag overkomende vliegtuigen zijn niet echt fijn.
Ik vond het veel geld voor wat ik kreeg.

Un soggiorno scadente e un host disinteressato nei fatti.
La posizione
Non mi è piaciuto soprattutto il comportamento dell'host nel risolvere i problemi di un servizio scadente. Al mio arrivo di sera, mancava la biancheria del letto. L'ho trovata in bagno e mi sono fatto da solo il letto (non un grosso problema). Purtroppo però il copri piumino era umido e macchiato di qualcosa che sembrava unto. Tale è rimasto per tutti e tre i giorni che ho soggiornato, nonostante le richieste all'host di biancheria pulita. Il gabinetto aveva un problema nello scaricare l'acqua. Dopo averlo comunicato all'host, questo non ha posto rimedio e l'ultimo giorno il water è rimasto bloccato, sporco (immaginate di cosa) e quindi inutilizzabile. Anche in questo caso l'host non ha posto rimedio. Ho chiesto solo per correttezza un rimborso che potesse far pensare a un buon proposito di un host che ha avuto molti intoppi, ma ovviamente ho pagato per intero tutti i suoi inconvenienti. Molto, molto scorretto!
Una replica al suo messaggio incorretto, come lei de resto: io l'ho avvertita sul water due giorni prima la mia partenza (sono arrivato il 24 settembre, l'ho avvertita il 25 e sono andato via il 27, veda i messaggi). Il giorno del mio arrivo, le lenzuola non erano asciutte, ma umide e sporche (come ha detto lei la sua cleaner è andata via prima che la biancheria fosse del tutto asciutta). E per quanto riguarda il fatto che successivamente le ho chiesto lenzuola pulite e la sua cleaner non era in grado di sostituirle perché lavoravo tutto il giorno, le poteva lasciare nel bagno come ha fatto al mio arrivo, tanto il letto me lo sno fatto da solo la prima volta e potevo farmelo da solo anche la seconda, questo non era un problema. Il fatto che lei conitnui a dire cose incorrette, sì. D'altronde ha confermato nei nostri messaggi i disagi che mi ha causato, peccatto che nella pratica abbia pagato io per i suoi inconvenienti. No estaban muy pendientes de la reserva. Yo llegué allí para hacer el check-in y aún no me habían enviado las informaciones de como entrar. El teléfono que anuncian no lo cogen y tampoco los mensajes de Whatsapp les llegan. Una vez dentro tuve un que escribirles pidiendo la contraseña de Wi-Fi.
