Excellent atmosphere, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast. Good for a short vacation. Friendly staff let us leave the luggage before check in and after check out so we could take a walk before our way home.

Air conditioner turns on automatically at night, though we’vw turned it off twice. No travel sets like toothpaste and toothbrush provided — don’t forget to take yours.

Unpleasant stay

Location was ok

Staff was not helpful. They clean the room every 2 days. Wi-fi was not working, shower was leaking. Asked reception to help with that - no reaction. Breakfast was very poor. I do not recommend this place!

Convenient location, clean room, communication & breakfast to be improved

The room itself was clean and the location was convenient.

The overall experience at the hotel was ok, but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the main challenges was communication since the staff were friendly and tried their best, but their English skills were quite limited. This made it difficult at times to ask for information or clarify details about our stay. The breakfast was average and did not meet our expectations. While it covered the basics, the quality and variety were not on par with what we’ve experienced in similarly priced hotels.

To summarize this hotel is the perfect example for incedribly bad service!

Spacious and bright rooms.

Very unfriendly staff. They don‘t care about the guests wellbeing. When we arrived at the hotel and we asked for a parking. They didn‘t help us with any information about parking. At the reception then we had to wait for 10 min until we could check-in, because the receptionist was busy with parking the cars in the garage. They did not offer a parking lot to us in their garage. Also, the guy at the reception forgot to return our passports. Furthermore, the carpet and the walls were dirty. There were some struggles to close the curtains. Additionally, the curtains are too thin to completely darken the room. We asked for late check out. The receptionist then answered we have to check-out at 10 am. He answered that there are guest who will check in at 11 am. But on Booking earliest check-in is at 2 pm. We mentioned that and he said that check-in at 2 pm is only for walk-in guests. So booking is considered as walkin guests?

Great hotel for the price with some annoyances

For the price we paid, this hotel was a good choice, all things considered. 1) Terrific staff and hospitality, doing whatever they can to help. Truly going above and beyond. 2) Valet service for free - They offer to keep your car keys so that they could park or move your car for you instead of calling you to move your car (should you block someone trying to exit the underground parking). 3) The second room we were in was spacious and on the 4th (top) floor. 4) The hotel's rooms and floors all look new, as this hotel is new. All facilities are also very clean.

1) We were initially put on the 2nd floor at room 206. We kept hearing the drainage pipes running water every few minutes from the floors above through the corners of the walls. Poor noise isolation on that regard. 2) Our A/C was broken, a technician tried to fix it for around 45 minutes, but he failed at the end and left. We couldn't sleep at all that night as no other rooms were free to move to. 3) Noise isolation between the rooms overlooking the road and the street is poor. You can hear car horns loud. This was fixed when we moved to the 4th floor on the opposite the hotel. 4) breakfast was the same everyday and with small selection of foods - 4/5 kinds of vegetables, 1-2 kinds of fruits, small cheese platter, small sausage slices platter, olives, some jams and spreads, water, juice, 3 kinds of bread and an omelette. 5) This one irritated me - Breakfast DOES NOT include free coffee or tea. You get it for free once only on your first night, but after that, they charge you for it. 6) Private parking garage is not large, so most times when we returned at night with our rental car, the garage was full and we had to either find a parking outside or block someone else and give the keys to the valet at the office and tell him where we parked and who we blocked.

The cleanliness was excellent—sheets, bathrobes, and towels were spotless! Generous and tasty breakfast. The staff very polite and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, even though the hotel has a good acoustic insulation; overall great location, not more than 15' walk from the beach and the Old Town. Great experience!

We liked it and recommend it

We appreciated the comfort, the peace and quiet, and the cleanliness. However, and above all, we were positively surprised by the professionalism of the lady who handled our check-out. Faced with our urgency and stress to remove our car from the garage early in the morning - as it was blocked by two others - she immediately did everything she could to help us and resolve the issue, always with a smile, professionalism, and a kind word. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I would like to express my admiration and gratitude to her and to the Hotel owners, as she is clearly a great asset and a true example of good customer service.

The breakfast had limited options and the items were not labelled – apart from the obvious ones, we had no idea what the rest of the food was. Additionally, two cars were parked behind ours in the Hotel's garage, blocking us from leaving. We were caught off guard by this disorganisation from the Hotel when we were trying to check out (they have security cameras and must know).

Круассаны Отель чистенький, светлый и в принципе удобно расположен.

Цена завышена! Снимали номер с террасой почти за 90€ за ночь, а в итоге за 6 дней ни разу не было уборки! Белье не меняли, полотенца только пару раз заменили, в описании заявлены халаты, которых не было. В ванной кроме геля и шампуня больше не было никаких принадлежностей. Ну поспорила бы за 4 звезды отеля.. Завтрак довольно скудный и однообразный. Только круассаны порадовали. но последний каплей было отсутствие утюга в отеле и все, что смогли предложить - погладить вещи в их прачечной за 2€ за одну вещь 😑 ну серьезно? Первый раз такое было за весь опыт путешествий. Очень ранний выезд для такого отеля. Хотели оставить вещи до отъезда в отеле, но все что нам предложить, поставить чемодан в уголке в прихожей.. видимо багажной комнаты у них тоже нет. В общем не стану советовать этот отель. Возможно за более низкую оплату их услуг можно было бы закрыть на эти недочеты глаза, но имеем то, что имеем.

ארוחת בוקר דלה. קיבלנו את החדר עם טלוויזיה ושלט ללא בטריות, גם הבטריות שהביאו לא היו טובות. הייתה סתימה במקלחת. יש פוך בארון והציפה על המיטה - do it yourself מה שנקרא. לא ממש ניקו את החדר במהלך השהות, רק לקחו את הפח והחליפו מגבות. צריכים לשים יותר לב לדברים הקטנים.

On a séjourner à cause des fausses informations sur la disponibilité du parking

On est arrivé le soir et on a pas trouvé une place de parking comme disait la description de l’hotel. On a parlé avec la réception mais il avait dit que le parking est plein et ils n’ont pas voulu trouver de solution. On a quitté l’hôtel sans y passer la nuit et ils ne voulait pas nous rembourser.

Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji, svugdje se može pješke. Doručak je izvrstan. Sobe su ok, krevet i jastuci udobni. Ako dolazite autom, možete platiti garažu 10 eura/ dan. Garaža je mala pa ako nekoga zagradite morate pustiti ključ na recepciji. Kupaonicu bi trebalo malo obnoviti.

TV u sobi nije radio- daljinski nije radio. Iako smo tražili da nam zamijene to se nije dogodilo.

Нам відмовили в заселенні, коли ми були в дорозі до готелю і проїхали двоє суток, не пояснили нічого, а написали , що по технічних причинах. Єдине, що обіцяли допомогти з поселенням в інший готель і вибачились. Але коли ми обрали і забронювали готель за два тижні до поїздки, майже дістались до місця відпочинку, проїхавши на авто через 3 країни, втомлені, то вибачення не приймаються.
