    Excellent atmosphere, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast. Good for a short vacation. Friendly staff let us leave the luggage before check in and after check out so we could take a walk before our way home.
    Air conditioner turns on automatically at night, though we’vw turned it off twice. No travel sets like toothpaste and toothbrush provided — don’t forget to take yours.

    Unpleasant stay
    Location was ok
    Staff was not helpful. They clean the room every 2 days. Wi-fi was not working, shower was leaking. Asked reception to help with that - no reaction. Breakfast was very poor. I do not recommend this place!

    Convenient location, clean room, communication & breakfast to be improved
    The room itself was clean and the location was convenient.
    The overall experience at the hotel was ok, but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the main challenges was communication since the staff were friendly and tried their best, but their English skills were quite limited. This made it difficult at times to ask for information or clarify details about our stay. The breakfast was average and did not meet our expectations. While it covered the basics, the quality and variety were not on par with what we’ve experienced in similarly priced hotels.

    We felt staff did not pay attention to our requests…1) a few items not working in our room but no action nor communication in 4 days, and 2] agreed late checkout but housekeeping came at 9.30am Breakfast was identical 3 of 4 mornings.

    To summarize this hotel is the perfect example for incedribly bad service!
    Spacious and bright rooms.
    Very unfriendly staff. They don‘t care about the guests wellbeing. When we arrived at the hotel and we asked for a parking. They didn‘t help us with any information about parking. At the reception then we had to wait for 10 min until we could check-in, because the receptionist was busy with parking the cars in the garage. They did not offer a parking lot to us in their garage. Also, the guy at the reception forgot to return our passports. Furthermore, the carpet and the walls were dirty. There were some struggles to close the curtains. Additionally, the curtains are too thin to completely darken the room. We asked for late check out. The receptionist then answered we have to check-out at 10 am. He answered that there are guest who will check in at 11 am. But on Booking earliest check-in is at 2 pm. We mentioned that and he said that check-in at 2 pm is only for walk-in guests. So booking is considered as walkin guests?

    Great hotel for the price with some annoyances
    For the price we paid, this hotel was a good choice, all things considered. 1) Terrific staff and hospitality, doing whatever they can to help. Truly going above and beyond. 2) Valet service for free - They offer to keep your car keys so that they could park or move your car for you instead of calling you to move your car (should you block someone trying to exit the underground parking). 3) The second room we were in was spacious and on the 4th (top) floor. 4) The hotel's rooms and floors all look new, as this hotel is new. All facilities are also very clean.
    1) We were initially put on the 2nd floor at room 206. We kept hearing the drainage pipes running water every few minutes from the floors above through the corners of the walls. Poor noise isolation on that regard. 2) Our A/C was broken, a technician tried to fix it for around 45 minutes, but he failed at the end and left. We couldn't sleep at all that night as no other rooms were free to move to. 3) Noise isolation between the rooms overlooking the road and the street is poor. You can hear car horns loud. This was fixed when we moved to the 4th floor on the opposite the hotel. 4) breakfast was the same everyday and with small selection of foods - 4/5 kinds of vegetables, 1-2 kinds of fruits, small cheese platter, small sausage slices platter, olives, some jams and spreads, water, juice, 3 kinds of bread and an omelette. 5) This one irritated me - Breakfast DOES NOT include free coffee or tea. You get it for free once only on your first night, but after that, they charge you for it. 6) Private parking garage is not large, so most times when we returned at night with our rental car, the garage was full and we had to either find a parking outside or block someone else and give the keys to the valet at the office and tell him where we parked and who we blocked.
