Excellent value for money!

Amazing views with a balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy them! The room is clean and neat, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and functional. The location is great, 5 minutes walking downhill to the old town (and many restaurants on the way), 15 minutes walking from the coach station, a little supermarket just 2 minutes away. The host was helpful and the check in instructions were clear. We'll definitely stay there again when we'll be back in Budva!

That was not too much of an issue for us but getting back from the old town can be quite tiring: steep streets, and the house has really steep outside stairs that are not lit up at night, if you have mobility issues that may be a bit too adventurous. But that's why the views are so great, so if you're fit enough it's totally worth it!

Apartment was in a good location and felt safe however, not particularly well equipped.

Great location close to old town. Beautiful outdoor space and great to have access to washing line. Apartment was comfortable and aircon worked.

DO NOT RELY ON STAFF FOR AIRPORT TRANSFER

The room was small with no facilities. Definitely get what you pay for. The wifi at times didn’t work at all. Shower pressure was terrible and we didn’t always have hot water. Overall the room felt grubby and run down and we were disappointed in our time here. Minimal communication from staff in regards to check in and check out. We organised an airport transfer on our last morning with the hotel staff via WhatsApp. On the morning of, he did not show up and was uncontactable by multiple texts and calls. This left us stranded with no other way of getting to the airport, and we were left with no other option than a public bus and as a result we missed check in for our flight.

Owners were lovely and great location near to the old town and away from the hustle of budva, and good value for money room.

The bathrooms are in need of renovation, although it did look like they were doing work around the property

Shared balcony overlooking sea. Apartment was spacious and had what we needed. Staff friendly

Poor amenities I.E. no tea towel to dry dishes (previous dishes were wet on first use. Sponge to clean dishes was dirty. Toilet leaked all over floor every time you flushed it. Shower head would not stay on floor. Didn’t feel the cleanest. Up lots of stairs to reach property

The staff and location of this property are excellent. Some updates would increase its potential.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Sandra gave good information on how to get to the Old Town, beaches and shops. When we told her that the fridge was not working well it was replaced immediately. The location of the property is very convenient to visit Budva Old Town The air conditioning worked very well which was a big help as it was exceptionally hot while we were there. The terrace is a nice place to eat a meal.

Our bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom could be renovated to make it easier to use. Parking is available but disorganised so it was easy to be blocked in.

not worth the money at all!

the view from the balcony was nice and they’ve got a jungle-like garden with lots of fruit

we arrived at 3 pm and our room was not ready at all, although check-in is from 1 o’clock on. she told me she only had to change the bedding but it took almost half an hour which made us waste a lot of time. the room does not look like in the pictures, it’s very old in fact and we felt like it was not clean either. the 3rd bed next to ours didn’t even have a cover on it and the towels had orange spots on them. there is nothing in the bathroom you can put your things on so you have to put everything either on the toilet seat or on the floor. the property looks rather messy and I felt sorry for the host lady who appeared to be doing everything by herself although her family was there as well. when we wanted to leave, another guest had parked behind us so she had to wake the poor man up which took some time again. we both felt like the price is way too high (!) for what you get and the facility is pretty much outdated. we regretted our stay there although we do feel sorry for this feedback but hope it helps them improve.

The owners are very nice and helpful. The view is beautiful and it is very close to centre.

The apartment was not so clean and beds have springs that you can feel when you sleep. It was hard to relax and sleep :(

Location is very close to the center. Just that you have tough steps to climb , though made me feel better after eating lots of tasty pastries. :D Miro and Sandra is very understanding and kind people.

The water in the bathroom could have been running hotter. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Чудова локація, привітний власник, близько до моря і до Старого міста, гарно працював кондиціонер, чиста постіль і рушники, гарний вид з тераси. Дорого до пляжу Морген (15-20 хв) приємна і необтяжлива - переважно через парк і найкрасивішу частину набережної. Лиш повертатися останні 5 хвилин під гору трохи, але у кого немає великих проблем з суглобами, то теж неважко.

Номер дуже вже потребує ремонту - побілки або хоча б миття стін, умивальник протікає.

WC papírt nem kaptunk a szobában, egyéb felszereltség hagyott némi kívánnivalót maga után. A szobában található hűtő nagyon hangos, ami picit zavaró éjszaka.
