Gute Lage, ausreichend Platz, modern ausgestattet, ruhige Wohngegend, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Bahnhof und Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Klimaanlage konnte das obere Schlafzimmer nicht so gut kühlen. Schlüsselabholung etwas kompliziert aber machbar (einige 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt). Scharfes Messer in der Küche wäre hilfreich ;-) Schmale Wendeltreppe ins obere Schlafzimmer - (größeren) Koffer bringt man nicht hoch.

Posizione della struttura molto centrale e contesto signorile. Vicinanza a negozi, bar e altri sevizi.
Ritiro delle chiavi un po' complesso e in luogo distante, anche se non eccessivamente, dalla struttura.

La ubicación
Parte del menaje de cocina no funcionaba en la placa de inducción. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio funcionaba regular.
El acceso al dormitorio era dificultoso (una escalera estrecha y de caracol, subir y bajar maletas costaba trabajo por la estrechez del acceso)
