Vista 21 apartment

The property was very convenient to the concert location we were going to - it was also in walking distance to a grocery store and overnight parking lot

I left a coat in the closet and immediately contacted the property management to have it shipped FedEx (my paying for the cost) to another location in Italy I was visiting later in the week. The management told me they would check for the coat themselves after the cleaning person said they didn’t find it. after the message telling me they would do this and asking me for the address where to send it, I never heard from them again after several attempts on my part. It’s very disappointing they simply stopped communicating. It makes me think they didn’t really care to help me recover my coat that I know was mistakenly left behind and could have been easily found where it was hung up. What could have been a great review is now not as that’s my last impression of the lack of service.
