Stylish, beautiful apartment in a great location.
Lack of maintenance: toilet, bedroom door.
No tv in the bedroom.

Very well located, very well refurbished, nice space and comfortable.
The time of the check out is outrageous. We barely had the time to have a breakfast after a night out. It should be 12 as everywhere else on hearth.

Die Lage ist top, aber für PKW in einem weiteren Umkreis nicht zugänglich.
Vor der Buchung wurde ein freier Parkplatz versprochen. In der Buchungsbestätigung dann: "Private Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei in der Nähe (Reservierung ist erforderlich) zur Verfügung." Eine entsprechende Mail an den Gastgeber blieb ohne Antwort. Nach einer zweiten Mail kam ohne Entschuldigung lediglich der Hinweis auf öffentliche Parkplätze - ohne jede Grußformel. Parken kostet ganztags rund 6 Gehminuten entfernt 10 EUR - wenn man aber den Parkplatz zwischendurch verlässt (z.B. für Ausflüge ins Umland), wird es jeden dieser Tage bis 20 EUR teuer (siehe Bild).
Der Zutritt über vikey.it und Schlüsselbox ist kompliziert. Zudem muss bei vikey.it die Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden, um die zusätzliche Tourismus-Abgabe (3 EUR/Tag/Pers.) zu bezahlen. Im Preis sind 60 EUR Endreinigung enthalten. Mit viel Gepäck warten nach dem Fußmarsch noch reichlich Treppen...
