Mantua stay

The place was comfortable with clear instructions for access on arrival. Good parking space. It's about 2.5 km from the town centre so a good walk.

Unfortunately, there were no towel rails in the bathroom.

No t somewhere I could recommend

I knew there was no breakfast provided, but there are no shops or cafeteria nearby. A kettle is provided - with paper cups!!

The floor in the room felt dusty underfoot. There was a plastic sheet over the mattress which was rippled and had to be re-organised. There was no contact at all with staff - they seemed to be hiding away to avoid contact. Access was achieved efficiently via a key safe box and code numbers. Really quite a strange experience.

Exceptional

Our host went above and beyond, when we couldn't get the taxi he offered to drive us into town. Having a pool was great, especially because of the heat. All the locals were very nice and helpful. Small city, very nice to stroll around. Good atmosphere.

The taxi service in mantova is an automated phone number, which only worked for us when we were leaving. Even our host was unable to call them.

Fijn onderkomen, prima zwembad,hier en daar opknapbeurt nodig.

Locatie was goed, net buiten de drukte van Mantova.Wij hebben 2 dagen alleen onze fiets gebruikt,prima te doen. Kamer en complex verdienen een opknapbeurt. Zwembad is gewoon goed en heerlijk.

Schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und man ist recht schnell im Zentrum. Sehr schönes, ruhiges Grundstück. Toll fand ich den Balkon und den Blick in den Garten. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Gute Kommunikation.

Uns hat fast eine Übernachtung vor der Haustüre gedroht

Weder bei der Anreise (check in) noch bei der Abreise (check out) war jemand anwesend. Nach dem Konzert kamen wir ca. Um halb 2 Uhr nachts zurück, der Code für das Eingangstor klappte problemlos, aber der code für die Eingangstür im Haus ging nicht. Nach mehreren Versuchen kam schließlich die Meldung “call the administrator”, ein Anruf bei der auf booking.com hinterlegten Telefonnummer nahm niemand entgegen. Zufällig bemerkte uns ein Gast vom Balkon aus und sie konnte uns die Tür aufsperren. Es war 2 Uhr nachts. Ein Übernachten im Freien bei gebuchtem Zimmer wäre sehr unangenehm gewesen. Wenn Sie angeblich anwesend waren, warum haben Sie dann weder auf Klingeln noch auf Anrufe reagiert?

Arrivati ore 15.00 , andati via ore 16.00 non ho altro da dire.

Appena entrati in camera un odore di chiuso, di muffa , ragnatele, aperto la porta del bancone a terra escrementi di topi, zanzariera non utilizzabile, tenda vecchia bucata e completamente sporca , cilindro della chiave non girava impossibile chiudersi per la notte, bagno ☹ senza bidè Insomma quella camera chissà quanto tempo non utilizzata. Ci dispiace ma siamo andati via dopo un'ora.

Comme souvent, une isolation acoustique des chambres entre elles, dont nous avons "profité" une nuit sur les 3, en raison de voisins bavards , ... En ville la difficulté de comprendre les règles de stationnement (qui changent selon les quartiers) (gratuit les dimanches dans certains mais pas dans d'autres,...)

la posizione nel verde con campi di papaveri alintorno era molto bello: la posizione era idelae per la visita del Palazzo TE che era il nostro objettivo.

Era molto difficile di trovare la struttura. CI vorebbe un grande cartellone di insegna con il nome della struttura Non abbiamo preso collazione nell struttura-troppo caro
