Perfect

We went to Mantova for my Master's degree graduation. Therefore the location was important, which was close to my university, city center, train station (5-6 minutes) and markets. The check in was the easiest one I've ever seen: they made a video about it so it was really easy to enter. In the house, everything was the same as in the pictures. The owner of the house left many essential utensils in the flat. We stayed for four days and did not have any problems during our stay. Everything was more than enough.

Large apartment, great interactions with the owners, good location.

Getting into the apartment the first time required good internet to figure out how to get in. Thereafter, we only had one set of keys and so my partner or I, each time, had to access the Booking.com app, log in, to get the PIN code to work to get us into the three doors necessary to open the apartment.

Exceptional

Central location but very quiet. The apartment is super clean, the house has a charming patio. Perfect option for two persons to spend a couple of days in Mantova.

An extra set of bed linen for a fee (may be a problem as not in all cases guests would like to sleep in the same bed).

Great location and value of the property for our family of 4 visiting Mantova.

the air conditioning units were really noisy - we turned them off at night because it was cool enough outside without them so it wasn't a problem for sleeping

L'alloggio è comodissimo ai servizi e silenzioso. Pulitissimo ed ordinato

Qualche asciugamano e eventuale biancheria aggiuntiva e detersivi sarebbe stato perfetto. Tutto alloggio ben ristrutturato attenzione alla doccia che può essere scivolosa per chi non è abituato.
