The photos do not capture how big the 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms in this apartment are! Location: ideally placed 2 minutes walk from Mantova train station and a 15 minute flat walk to the very heart of the historic area; and an equal distance from Palazzo Te to the south; pasticceria 1 minute walk and large Carrefour supermarket 7 minutes walk. Comfort: silent and very modern aircon in each room; 2 large shower rooms with all modern fittings; bedrooms each with loads of storage space and hangers; large fridge / freezer and everything you could want for a short stay in the kitchen including kettle and coffee machine; TV in each bedroom; no road noise; lift to second floor or easy modern stairs. The host was extremely kind and fast to respond to any question before I arrived. It was also impeccably clean with proper big towels etc. This is probably the best city rental I have ever stayed in - next to the historic area but all mod cons and a really good sleep! Highly recommended for family or friends groups - the two shower rooms is really handy. Also highly recommend if you're arriving by train or want to do day trips to Verona, Modena etc.

Nothing. If I could give this 11/10 I would. Note there is one big sofa - but having 2 bathrooms is a bigger plus.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Residenza Bonomi23 insieme a una coppia di amici e ai nostri rispettivi bambini e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Le camere sono grandi, ben arredate e confortevoli, mentre la cucina è ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Molto comoda anche la posizione: si raggiunge il centro di Mantova in pochi minuti a piedi, un grande valore aggiunto per visitare la città senza dover usare l’auto. E' stata un’ottima scelta: se dovessimo tornare a Mantova con amici, la sceglieremmo nuovamente senza esitazione. Un ultimo aspetto da considerare: essendo una zona abbastanza centrale e vicina anche alla stazione, i parcheggi in zona sono prevalentemente a pagamento.

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo, segnalerei il materasso, che a mio avviso potrebbe essere sostituito per migliorare ulteriormente il comfort del soggiorno.

Appartamento davvero accogliente, in zona centrale e tranquilla. Stanze ampie e confortevoli. Bagni dotati di ogni comfort. Cucina dotata di tutto. Davvero apprezzabile il kit di benvenuto nei bagni e alcuni assaggi di torta sbrisolona e altri prodotti. Consigliato.
