Beautiful big apartment in the center of Mantova.
The apartment is in the central pedestrian zone of Mantova. It is very big and nicely furnished.
The third bed is located in the kitchen–living room and there is no door, so there is no privacy. There is a bar downstairs, and it was impossible to sleep due to noise from drunk people until 2 a.m.

Local vibe apt
Super nice apt with the local vibe! Large and spacious. Everything was well managed. Just for parents with small kids: can be noisy during the night in the living room, bedrooms are ok (better windows) + steep staircase into the flat.

Three beds, but not equal
Vèry nice hosting family. Fair value. Great location to enjoy historic sites and good restaurants.
Apartment is traditional family housing, so one master bedroom with en suite, one small bdrm and a living room partitioned with a shielded but not private bed. A small, common bathroom serves as the bathroom for those not in the master suite. I booked for two adult friends. One had a great experience and the other felt like he was a child in a home. Not a good experience. The hotels.com description was not clear enough for me to realize this was the wrong location for us.

Beautiful large apartment right in the center of Mantova
We loved the location right in the center of Mantova. The apartment was very big and modern. We also liked how we could easily enter with a code and we didn't have to arrange a time to meet with the property manager. We were driving by car in Italy so this allowed us to take our time and arrive whenever we wanted after 3pm. The property manager/owner told us where we could park (Parcheggio Mazzini) but we ended up parking in a blue space. Keep in mind you have to pay for parking in blue spaces on Sunday in Mantova. (In Rome we didn't have to pay on Sunday). In any case, we loved our stay in Casa Iolanda!

Location was perfect as we had a concert in a piazza closeby and lovely restaurants.
It would be good to propose the best parking location. We ended near Esselunga which is over a 1km away by walk.
