Excellent location-Host needs to address instructions and maintenance

Central location, bed rooms were accommodating

Had handicap and requested the lower level and stairs were a problem; no instructions in English on operation of equipt. i.e. stove, oven, coffee maker, trash; shower drain fills with water while showering; booked over 7 days without add'l towels being provided; toilet paper holder missing. Coffee maker was not working-found metal pieces & grinds inside; incorrect pods left (could be cause for problem) I cleaned unit from downloaded instructions the best I could-unit was still dripping water from underneath (internal problem) unit needs to be scaled.

Cosy flat in the heart of Mantua

Spacious apartment and well equipped in the heart of the city.

Lack of fans in the rooms was a letdown TV as the AC at the entrance wouldn't reach far enough to cool down the rooms. Also noisy at night given located next to bars

Noisy night because of bad heating system and non-responsive hosts.

There was a problem with the heating system that created a noise that could only be stopped if the heaters were turned on to the maximum. We found about this until the first night when we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. While I sent a couple of messages to the hosts, they never came back to me.

Good location Comfortable and stylish Very clean

Wifi was unreliable as it would only connect when standing by the front door. Communication for the check in was very difficult. I never received check in instructions and when i called i was told to simply follow the check in instructions. I had to call a number of times before i was finally sent instructions by whatsapp. From then on we managed to enter the apartment with no problems even though the instructions (use pin code) didn’t correspond to how we actually got in (there was a key hanging in the door).

Very enjoyable apartment in a great town with plenty to see & do.

Perfect spot in a nice, spacious old apartment. View across the piazza & handy to everything. ZTL pass provided by helpful, generous host meant we were able to park close by. We enjoyed the weekly Thursday market vibe, all happening around the piazza.

A kettle would be helpful, other than that everything was provided.

Lovely apartment right in historic centre

It is a beautiful apartment situated right in front of basilica di Sant'Andrea with a stunning view over the city. We found the apparent very clean and loved the quality of bedding and towels. Kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals (we also found cooking essentials such as evo oil, salt and pepper and tea available) it even has a capsule espresso machine. I had a lovely stay with my 2 young children.

Everything was fantastic. Maybe we would have appreciated a few more coffee capsules as there is no other ways of making coffee. But plenty of lovely cafés downstairs.

Ho lasciato l' appartamento proprio questa mattina. Posizione eccellente, davanti alla basilica di Sant' Andrea. Il mio appartamento era al terzo piano, senza ascensore, una mansarda veramente carina. La zona piena di negozi, locali, insomma nn ho nulla da ricriminare

Un lugar inmejorable desde el que disfrutar y visitar Mantua

El lugar es inmejorable para conocer Mantua. Estas en el centro de la ciudad y aunque hay un poco de ruido algunas noches, no dura demasiado tiempo y no molesta para dormir. En nuestro caso valoramos especialmente estar frente a un edificio historico, en el centro de la vida de la ciudad. Cerca tienes buenos restaurantes para todos los bolsillos y los monumentos a solo unos minutos. El palacio Te a unos 15 minutos andando. Supermercados y bares cerca para tomar algo por la noche. Nosotros pillamos una fiesta local y pudimos verla desde la ventana. Vistas maravillosas para amantes del arte y la arquitectura

La comunicacion con la propiedad es poco fluida y eso causa inseguridad hasta que ya estas alli y accedes al piso. Luego me parece cutre que si se alquila el iso por tres o cuatro noches no tengan al menos un cafe para cada dia. La maquina es especial y aunque buscamos las capsulas que podían ir mejor, tampoco funciono con ellas. Teniamos varios dias de alquiler y solo había dos capsulas de cafe que funcionaran y un royo de papel higiénico. Estos detalles son importantes y se tienen que mejorar

La ubicación excepcional, vistas espectaculares desde la ventana a la Iglesia San Andrea de Mantua, un lujo, el apartamento espacioso, muy limpio y cómodo, aunque no hay ascensor y tiene varios tramos de escalera, quizá el mayor inconveniente el ruido de la plaza en fin de semana sobre todo

Tolle Lage & unglaubliche Aussicht von 2 Zimmern auf die Basilika 🫶🏼 Größe Räume & alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird um einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten & dank der Notfallnummer sind wir auch zügig ins Apartment gekommen ☺️ Garage 7 min entfernt für 14€ pro 24h war echt ein Schnäppchen!

Geschirrspüler wäre noch das I Tüpfelchen 😉 Sehr hellhörig aber das störte nur morgens ab 6:00 wegen Aufbau für den Markt

Un soggiorno romantico nel cuore di un gioiello dell'arte e della cultura rinascimentale!

La posizione dell'appartamento a pochi metri da Piazza Erbe è eccezionale. Tutto è a portata di piede. Le stanze sono ampie ed accoglienti. Il Bagno è grande. Il supporto dello staff per ottenere il Pass Auto necessario per poter arrivare in macchina vicino alla struttura.

L'appartamento è al 2° Piano di un edificio antico e le scale sono piccole ripide e strette. Quando si prenota non si sa in quale piano si finirà. Se si hanno bagagli grandi diventa faticoso, soprattutto per persone anziane. Qualche appendi asciugamani in più al bagno sarebbe utile.

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit lauter Nachbarschaft

Die Altbauwohnung liegt schön in der Altstadt von Mantua mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Basilica di Sant'Andrea. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Da die Wohnung in der beruhigten Verkehrszone liegt, kann man nicht zum Be- und Entladen vor die Wohnung fahren - es sei denn, man hat eine Sondergenehmigung. In ca. 20 Meter Luftlinie von der Wohnung (und den Schlafzimmerfenstern) entfernt liegt eine Kaffeebar, die tagsüber ganz ruhig ist, abends offenbar aber ein Partyzentrum der Stadt ist - mit lauter Musik bis Mitternacht und lauten Gästen und Aufräumlärm durchaus noch ein wenig länger.

Le finestre non sono insonorizzate, siamo stati svegliati più volte dagli schiamazzi delle persone in strada nei locali e dai camioncini della nettezza urbana all'alba. La questione dello smaltimento dei rifiuti dovrebbe essere spiegata meglio o gestita direttamente dalla struttura. Difficile poter buttare la spazzatura autonomamente dato che Mantova fa la raccolta differenziata.

Bardzo fajny apartament, w samym sercu miasta. Wszystko czego potrzeba.

Zero kontaktu z obiektem, wysłałem 2 maile i dzwoniłem, odezwała się poczta. Pomimo nagrania się z prośbą o kontakt - zero odzewu. W informacjach o parkingu, nie wspomniano, że do obiektu nie da się podjechać. Trzeba iść ok 400m z parkingu, o czym warto wiedzieć, przy pakowaniu się.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre. L'appartement est très grand dans un immeuble historique. Et la vue sur l'église charmante. Équipement simple.

C'est un immeuble ancien en face d'une église avec une mauvaise isolation contre le bruit. Les passants et terrasses de bar, les cloches chaque heure la nuit, les voisins du dessus, le camion de nettoyage de rue, les sirènes > prenez des bouchons pour les oreilles.

Assolutamente negativo

Non so davvero come si possa ricevere degli ospiti paganti in un appartamento tanto scarno, poco curato, senza nessun tipo di comodità. Una delle stanze non aveva il comodino , arredo essenziale come fosse una caserma. L’appartamento è posizionato in maniera eccellente le finestre danno la Piazza Marconi, meravigliosa . Però era l’unica cosa bella …tutto il resto assolutamente negativo !..non hanno lasciato una bottiglina d’acqua , mobili vecchi armadi, messi lì, come giusto per soddisfare l’esigenza di averne uno. Vorrei dire ai proprietari che posseggono un gioiello e che non serve molto denaro per poter far sentire gli ospiti felici di essere ben accolti.

La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional. Es muy amplio y las vistas son espectaculares. El anfitrión fue muy rápido en atendernos a lo que le pedimos. Sería recomendable aislar un poco mejor las ventanas del ruido de la calle porque en la noche es algo molesto

Aprire le finestre e vedere la Chiesa di Sant'Andrea non ha prezzo.

L'appartamento è in centro, ha l'affaccio sulla bellissima chiesa di Sant'Andrea e in un paio di minuti si raggiungono il Palazzo Ducale, la Rotonda di San Lorenzo in piazza delle Erbe, Piazza Sordello, ristoranti e caffetterie per fare la colazione. Solamente per Palazzo Te abbiamo preso la macchina parcheggiando nel Parcheggio Primaticcio completamente gratuito. Noi eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due bambini e ci siamo trovati subito bene. In cucina c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, nella macchina del caffè delle cialde da utilizzare, il piano cottura ad induzione semplicissimo da usare. Tutto super pulito. Ci sono sale e pepe a disposizione, pezzette e detersivo per la pulizia. Graditi gli scottex messi a disposizione gratuitamente. Le camere da letto con lenzuola pulite e piumini che ci hanno permesso di dormire al caldo. L'acqua calda efficiente. L'unica cosa da sottolineare che comunque non ha creato disagio per noi sono le voci notturne perché essendo in centro, sotto c'è un bar e una piazza che è un luogo di incontro e di chiacchiere. Ci vorrebbero delle finestre insonorizzate effettivamente. Ma questo non ha intaccato la nostra bellissima esperienza a Mantova. Da qui siamo andati a Verona al Children's Museum e a Sirmione, stupenda. Check-in in autonomia semplice ed immediato ed Emanuela sempre pronta a rispondere ai messaggi su WhatsApp. Grazie infinite per tutto!!!
