Die beiden Schlafzimmer Zimmer waren sehr groß, alle Räume hatten einen Blick auf Sant' Andrea und die Piazza. Im Badezimmer funktionierte alles einwandfrei, wie auch in der Küche. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war schnell und lösungsorientiert. 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, befanden sich kleinere Bars zum Aperol trinken. Ein Supermarkt war 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir befanden uns in der idyllischen Innenstadt, was sehr praktisch war.
Achtung: Man konnte mit dem Auto nicht zum Haus vorfahren, sondern musste im Parkhaus10 Minuten entfernt parken. Sonst sind die italienischen Strafen immens.

Absolutely brilliant location
It would be better if there was aircon in the bedrooms. The aircon units are in the kitchen/living area and the main entrance hallway. When it’s 38c during the day and 25-27c at night it would be more comfortable if the aircon was in the bedroom rather than having to leave the hall unit on and leave the bedroom doors open at night.

Geräumiges, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit sehr zentraler Lage im historischen Stadtkern
Die Casa Longhi befindet sich im Centro Historico mit einem "traffico limitato ZTL", d.h. das Appartement ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Man muss also das Gepäck von einem Parkhaus zum Appartement transferieren. Die Casa Longhi befindet sich in einem alten Palazzo im 3. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr steile, enge Treppe erreichbar. Besonders für ältere Personen kann daher der Transport des Gepäcks über diese Treppe zu einer Aufgabe werden.
