Sehr zentral. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für unsere Bedürfnisse alles vorhanden. Klimaanlage, das ist in Mantua alternativlos, die Stadt ist von drei Seen umgeben und daher im Sommer extrem feucht heiß.

Die Wendeltreppe ins OG ist übungsbedürftig.

Il ns appartamento era molto ben arredato, e corrispondeva a ciò che viene mostrato nelle foto. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi e la disponibilità di un garage privato a pagamento ti permette di dimenticarti dell'auto fino al giorno della partenza. La cucina è dotata di tutto l'occorrente servirebbe solo qualche cialda per il caffè per il primo giorno poi uno si organizza sapendo quali acquistare. Personale e proprietario disponibilissimi.

Il nostro appartamento aveva camera e cucina non direttamente comunicanti ma separate da un corridoio comune con un altro alloggio, ma questo non ha comportato grandi disagi. Personalmente noi avremmo trovato più funzionale la TV in salotto piuttosto che in camera da letto.

Unbelievably gorgeous, spacious apartment with classical interior. Matteo was a very friendly host and gave good tips. Location is fantastic. Short walk to wherever you want to go, but just enough outside of all the noise.

Kitchen is really small, if you intend to cook, but we didn’t mind. The place is absolutely perfect.

Owner sent a message with instructions. These were all fine although 3 sets of steps to room and 3 different locks with no one to help with bags. Accommodation was in great position , bathroom was lovely

I am afraid we did not see host the whole stay despite their being a reception desk. The room was at the top of the building in the roof space which was large and generous b ut air conditioning poor and no windows with view. Just small windows below roof line. Little air flow and temperature regularly in high 30s. We asked for a couple of fans and for kettle to be fixed/replaced and some coffee pods. Received a reply which was.... okay, okay, yes. But nothing happened or changed. In fairness other rooms looked better and all other guests were happy. If you are staying here make sure you do not have top room.
