Wonderful stay in Mantova

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The flat was spotless, very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organised, and the host was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout. We would not hesitate to book again and warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully maintained place to stay.

Perfect stay in a lovely city.

The apartment is really cozy. Nicely furnished, modern , full of light , large and with a good vibe. It is located in a beautiful old building which was renovated and has all the modern facilities. The patio next to the entrance is great, with luxury shops and beautiful plants decoration. Only few minutes walk from the main square , restaurants and tourist attractions.

I would change the pillows with more qualitative ones.

Perfect place to stay in Mantova.

We loved everything about the apartment. The location was great, a couple minutes walk from the heart of the old town. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. There was coffee and tea, a bathroom with range of toiletries, comfy beds. Air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed cool interior after a long day sightseeing on hot summer days. There are plenty of restaurants around and a carrefour nearby. The place was perfect and greatly contributed to perfect vacation in charming Mantova. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay there again on our future visits in the town.

A good apartment but with some limitations could be easily improved

The Apartment is really in the center of the town The Apartment was clean.

To get the keys reminds me to the game "Escape room". The key safe were to get the keys is around 50 m away from the entrance very well hidden (it was just luck to see the key safe). On top the adress provided via booking.com and the real adress is not the same this is causing a lot of confusion. We knew that, so we do not rate it, but WLAN will be not offered. In general I think this is not state of the art any more. There were no trash bags in the apartment, at least we could not find.

Very good

The communication with the owner was really good, from asking where to park (we choose a parking garage about 10 minutes walking from the apartment), to calling him halfway out of town telling him we forgot something in the apartment. The instruction was super clear, the owner even sent pictures on where the lock box for the key was located, which helped a lot, since else would never have found it. The apartment is located on the top floor in a very nice building and with a view overlooking a busy non-trafficked street. The first thing just see when you walk in is the kitchen island, which makes the apartment look very luxurious. We really liked the moka maker and the free coffee. There is also a fridge, a microwave, a couch and a TV. The second floor has the bathroom and the bedroom. The whole apartment was very clean and modern. It's also very central and you can walk to anywhere in town in a few minutes. There is also a supermarket right around the corner. We really liked the size of the apartment, the location, that it was pet friendly (we had our dog with us) and that the owner was nice enough to meet us back at the apartment (within 10 minutes) so that we could retrieve a forgotten item. We would stay here again.

Be aware that there is no WIFI in the apartment. I was surprised by this and went back to check the description on Booking, and surely it did say there was no WIFI, so it was completely my fault. However, I feel that checking if a apartment has WIFI today is like checking if there is a bed in the bedroom, or a toilet in the bathroom. Not really an issue, since it's 2022 and everyone basically have unlimited cell phone service, but it drains my battery on my phone to share my internet to my computer.

Great place in Mantova

The location is perfect, right on the edge of the historical centre, where the porticoes start. It's also within walking distance to the train station on a level road. The apartment is bright and airy and large, on the top floor reached via a lift. The bedroom is up the stairs and the bathroom is on this level too. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. Towels were lovely and white.... Communication with the host was smooth. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

If you enjoy some TV at the end of the day, you won't find much choice of channels. The signal was poor except for La7.... The place is large and a couple of floor lights would add warmth and character.....but this is just a suggestion....

Siamo stati a Mantova per un soggiorno in famiglia con due bambini piccoli, l'appartamento era bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, in centro e vicino a tutti i servizi. L'host é stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Posizione ottima. Struttura nuova ed attrezzata. Comode le zanzariere. Comodo il deposito bagaglio nella struttura vicina. Gentilissimo il proprietario.

Sanitari nel bagno. Il lavandino troppo piccolo ed il rubinetto del bidet non era fissato bene. Un pochino scomodo il letto sul soppalco...andare su e giù ma lo sapevamo comunque.

Mantova bellissima città

Abbiamo affittato due appartamenti,entrambi belli, puliti , in pieno centro , e con un comodo parcheggio a pagamento vicino. Gianluca l'host è stato super gentile , avendo io, per sbadataggine, lasciato le chiavi in casa , è corso subito a portarmi il secondo mazzo. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore.

Appartamento con ottima posizione, puoi girare la città sempre a piedi, silenzioso rispetto alle zone della movida e del festival della letteratura che ci ha attirato in questa città. Casa accogliente,confortevole, pulita. Scale interne con servizio igienico al piano superiore, adatto anche per noi ultra 60enni!
